Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent from the secondary injection and the cavitation by providing a discharge valve enabling to control a suction speed without ensuing a bypass effect such as rapid pressure rise and the like.
CONSTITUTION: A waste oil flowing groove 36 is provided to embed along the inner peripheral surface of plunger barrel in order to communicate between the waste oil recess 34 and the notch lead of discharge valve descending speed control, which communicates constantly wherever the plunger 2 is positioned around the axis. A waste oil squeeze groove 38 is extended upward from the opening port of the waste oil hole 37 located on the inner peripheral surface of the plunger barrel 3. On completing injection, when the notch lead 35 flows through the waste oil hole 37 and closing the waste oil hole 37, the waste oil presented at the void of the notch lead is discharged to the oil supply chamber 101 only through the waste oil squeeze groove 38. This permits the speed of waste oil to suppress with smoothed descent of the discharge valve 5. The actuation of discharge valve prevents the generation of cavitation and the secondary injection.
