Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve the work efficiency by performing the automatic flow control in accordance with the load of a piston driven by the fluid pressure thereby varying the piston speed such that it will be low under low load while high under heavy load.
CONSTITUTION: When advancing a piston 19 under low load, main exchange valve 1 is exchanged to the piston advance portion 1A to increase the liquid flowing into the left chamber 2a of cylinder while when the load is applied on a rod 20 a balance valve 9 is operated to decrease the pressure in the right chamber thus to cause the pressure unbalance thereafter the high pressure fluid will actuate an automatic changeover valve 10 to the tank path side 10b while simultaneously said valve 9 is reset to perform the work for high load by the high pressure fluid provided from a pressure pump 5 and when changed to the low load, said valve 10 is returned to the operating circuit structure thus to increase the piston speed resulting in the considerable improvement of the work efficiency.
