Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable pressure control having a high responsiveness with high efficiency by carrying out flow control in a power matching method and pressure control in a valve control method by making delivery of a variable pump constant.
CONSTITUTION: During flow control, delivery of a variable pump 1 is controlled by a power matching valve 5 which is operated in response to a pressure difference between the front and the rear of a throttle valve 4, and an energy saving effect can be obtained by matching the delivery and discharge pressure with load. During pressure control, the delivery of the variable pump 1 is made constant by a minimum delivery adjusting component 32 and the variable pump 1 is caused to be operated as a stationary pump, and the pressure of a main circuit 3 is controlled by a surge pressure absorption valve 6 the pressure of which is set with a pilot relief valve 9. Then, the pressure control having a high responsiveness of high efficiency can be done.
