Claims (18)

  1. 제지기의 형성부, 압착부 또는 건조부에 사용하기에 적합한 섬유 구조체를 된 제지기 클로딩(clothing)으로서, 상기 섬유 구조체는 방해받은 카르복실기를 가지는 폴리에스테르 물질로 구성되며 상기 섬유는 260℃이상의 용융점을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제지기 클로딩.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 1.1gpd에서 10%이하의 크립 신장력을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제지기 클로딩.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 섬유는 초기신장율이 25gpd 이상이고 파괴신장도가 15% 이며 내구성이 2gpd인 것을 특징으로 하는 제지기 클로딩.
  4. 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 섬유는 265℃이상의 용융점을 가지며, 초기 신장율이 30gpd인 것을 파괴신장도가 25%이며 내구성이 2.2gpd인 것을 특징으로 하는 제지기 클로딩.
  5. 제1항-제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 섬유는 280℃이상의 용융점을 가지며, 초기 신장율이 32gpd 이고 파괴신장도가 30%이상이며 내구성이 2.3gpd이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 제지기 클로딩.
  6. 제1항-제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 물질의 카르복실기는 시클로지방족 및 분지쇄 지방족 글리콜로부터 선택되는 부분에 의해 방해받는 것을 특징으로 하는 제지기 클로딩.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르는 풀리(1,4-시클로헥산디카르비닐 테레프탈레이트)인 것을 특징으로 하는 제지기 클로딩.
  8. 제1항-제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 물질은 유효량의 안정화제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제지기 클로딩.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 안정화제는 0.5-10.0중량%의 양으로 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제지기 클로딩.
  10. 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 안정화제는 카르보디이미드인 것을 특징으로 하는 제지기 클로딩.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 카르보디이미드는 벤젠-2,4-디이소시아네이트-1,3,5-트리스(1-메틸에틸)단일 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 제지기 클로딩.
  12. 제8항-제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 카르보디이미드는 벤젠-2,4-디이소시아네이트-1,3,5-트리스(1-메틸에틸)과 2,6-디이소프로필 디이소시아네이트의 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 제지기 클로딩.
  13. 제1항-제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 섬유는 원형 또는 기타 다른 형의 단면적을 가지는 모노필라멘트인 것을 특징으로 하는 제지기 클로딩.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 섬유는 제지기방향으로 늘어나는 모노필라멘트인 것을 특징으로 하는 제지기 클로딩.
  15. 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 상기 섬유는 제지기의 횡방향으로 늘어나는 모노필라멘트인 것을 특징으로 하는 제지기 클로딩.
  16. 제1항-제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 지지층과 표면층의 적어도 한 층에 의해 섬유 구조체가 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제지기 클로딩.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 표면층은 펠트인 것을 특징으로 하는 제지기 클로딩.
  18. 제16항에 있어서, 섬유구조체는 배트인 것을 특징으로 하는 제지기 클로딩.
