Claims (23)

  1. 일레스토머릭 폴리머 강화용 서브스트레이트에 있어서, 적어도 서브스트레이트 부분은 강철로 이루어져 있고, 소정의 합금층에 의해, 적어도 부분 피복된 상기 부분은 불순물과 이격되어, 4.2-6.5% 중량의 알루미늄으로 구성되며, 서브스트레이트 및 평형아연에, 액체합금의 습성능력(the wetting ability)을 자극하는 적어도 한 원소의 0.1%미만이 가능함을 특징으로 하는 일래스토머 강화용 강철서브스트레이트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 강기층의 중량은 서브스트레이트 피복표면의 평방미터당 10-60g 임을 특징으로하는 일래스토머 강화용 강철서브스트레이트.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 0.4%중량의 탄소를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 강철와이어.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 0.7-1%중량의 탄소를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 강철와이어.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 적어도 2100N/mm2의 인장강도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 강철와이어.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 적어도 3100N/mm2의 인장강도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 강철와이어.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 인장강도를 Rm이 2250-1130 log d(d : 와이어의 직경)보다 큼을 특징으로 하는 강철와이어.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 장방형의 횡단면을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 강철와이어 서브스트레이트.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 서브스트레이트는 함께 다발로 엮은 다수의 필라멘트들을 포함하는바, 적어도 상기 필라멘트중 하나는 직경이 0.08mm-0.50mm인 강철와이어임을 특징으로 하는 일래스토머 강화용 강철서브스트레이트.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 필라멘트들은 꼬아서 다발로 엮음을 특징으로 하는 일래스토머 강화용 강철서브스트레이트.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 꼬여진 다발속에서, 중앙으로 용착된 필라멘트의 적어도 한 부분은 강철와이어임을 특징으로 하는 일래스토머 강화용 강철 서브스트레이트.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 꼬여진 다발속에서, 둘레로 용착된 필라멘트들의 적어도 한 부분은 강철와이임을 특징으로 하는 일래스토머 강화용 강철 서브스트레이트.
  13. 제10항에 있어서, 중앙과 둘레 사이에 용착된 필라멘트들의 적어도 한 부분은 강철와이어 임을 특징으로 하는 일래스토머 강화용 강철 서브스트레이트.
  14. 제10항에 있어서, 전체 필라멘트들은 강철 와이어임을 특징으로 하는 일래스토머 강화용 강철 서브스트레이트.
  15. 제10항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 다수의 와이어들은, 꼬여진 다발속의 그 어떤 와이어나 필라멘트의 직경과는 상이한 직경을 지님을 특징으로 하는 일래스토머 강화용 강철 서브스트레이트.
  16. 제10항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 다수의 와이어들은 꼬여진 다발속의 그 어떤 와이어나 필라멘트의 인장강도 와는 상이한 인장강도를 지님을 특징으로 하는 일래스토머 강화용 강철 서브스트레이트.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 와이어들은 인장강도 Rm〉2250-1130log d를 가짐을 특징으로 일래스토머 강화용 강철 서브스트레이트.
  18. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합금층은 또 다른 층이 일래스토머릭 폴리머 접착력을 향상시키면서, 적어도 부분피복이 됨을 특징으로 하는 일래스토머 강화용 강철 서브스트레이트.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 다른층은 구리, 아연, 니켈 및/또는 코발트를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 일래스토머 강화용 강철 서브스트레이트.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 상기 다른층은 황동을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 일래스토머 강화용 강철 서브스트레이트.
  21. 제1항 또는 제18항에 있어서, 상기 합금층은 아연 및/또는 니켈을 포함하는 중간층상에 용착됨을 특징으로 하는 일래스토머 강화용 강철 서브스트레이트.
  22. 제1항에 따튼 서브스트레이트로 강화된 것이 특징인 일래스토머릭 폴리머 제품.
  23. 콘베이어 벨트 형태에 있어서, 제22항에 따른 일래스토머릭폴리머 제품.
