Claims (7)

  1. 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 2,5-이치환된 헤테로사이클릭 화합물:
    상기식에서, n은 1내지 10이고, Het는
    이며, 고리 A는 트랜스 -1,4-사이클로헥실렌이거나, 또는 Het가
    이고, X가 -COF3또는 -OCHF2이고/이거나 Y및 Z가 F인 경우에, 또한 1,4-페닐렌이고, X는 CN, F, Cl, -CF3, -OCF3또는 -OCHF2이며, Y및 Z는 각각 서로 독립적으로 H또는 F이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, X가 F, Cl, -CF3또는 -OCF3임을 특징으로 하는 헤테로사이클릭 화합물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, Y및 Z가 H임을 특징으로 하는 헤테로사이클릭 화합물.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, Y가 F이고 Z가 H 또는 F임을 특징으로 하는 헤테로사이클릭 화합물.
  5. 전광 디스플레이용 액정 매질의 성분으로서 제1항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 헤테로사이클릭 화합물의 용도.
  6. 적어도 하나의 성분이 제1항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 헤테로사이클릭 화합물임을 특징으로 하는, 적어도 2개의 액정 성분을 함유하는 전광 디스플레이용 액정 매질.
  7. 액정 셀이 제6항에 따른 매질을 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 액정 셀을 기본으로 하는 전광 디스플레이.
