Claims (7)
- 폴리에스테르 필름의 적어도 한쪽면에 왁스계조성물에 주성분으로 하는 적층막을 보유하는 거층필름이며 적층막은 그 표면에 길이방향/폭 방향의 비가 3이상의 돌기를 20개/100μ㎡ 이상 보유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층폴리에스테르필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 왁스계조성물이 물에 용해, 유화 또는 현탁하는 석유계 왁스 및 식물계왁스인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층폴리에스테르필름.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서 왁스계조성물을 주성분으로 하는 층에 다시 물에 용해 유화 또는 현탁하는 오일형상 물질이 함유되고, 또한 왁스계 조성물/오일형상물질의 중량비가 100/1-1/1 인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 플리에스테르필름.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 1항에 있어서, 결정배향이 완료하기 전의 폴리에스테르필름의 표면에 왁스계조성물을 주성분으로 하는 도포액을 도포하고, 계속하여 건조 ,연신 , 열처리를 실시하여 배향결정화를 완료시킴에 의하여 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 적층폴리에스테르필름.
- 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 1항에 있어서, 적층면과 소오다유리와의 정마창계수에 있어서, 25˚C ,65% Rh에 서의 값 (μS1) 이 0.3이하이고, 또한 100˚C의 값 (μS2) 과 (μS1) 과의 비 (μS2) /(μS1) 가 1.0이하인 것을 특징으로하는 적층폴리에스테르필름.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 1항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르필름이 2측연신필름으로서, 그 필름의 융해에너지가 3-11 cal/g, 융해종료온도와 융해개시 온도와의 차이가 50-100˚C 인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 1항에 있어서, 상기한 돌기는 , 왁스계조성물을 주성분으로 하는 재료로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층폴리에스테르필름.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
