Claims (15)

  1. 원통형상의 벽; 실린더 축상에 배열된 교반기축(2); 교반기 내부에 배열된 액체를 분산하기 위하여 적합한 하나이상의 정지 노즐(4)로 구성되며 0.5∼20의 프로드수치를 갖는 교반기에 있어서, 노즐(4)의 오리피스(7)가 교반 공구의 회전방향으로, 접선 방향으로 안내되는 것을 특징으로 하는 교반기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 노즐(4)의 오리피스(7)는 교반기측(2)가까이에 배치된 교반기 직경의 3/1~2/1범위내에서 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 교반기.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 노즐(4)과 그 이송 파이프는 가열 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 교반기.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다수의 노즐(4)을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 교반기.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 노즐(4)이 두 요소로된 것을 특징으로 하는 교반기.
  6. 제1항 내지, 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 노즐이 세 요소로된 것을 특징으로 하는 교반기.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 노즐(4)의 오리피스(7)가 주로 하부로 향하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 교반기.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중의 교반기를 사용하는데 있어서, 세제 성분을 혼합하는 교반기의 사용방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 제7항중의 교반기를 사용하는데 있어서, 액체를 흡수제에 가하는 교반기의 사용방법.
  10. 교반 공정중에 교반기내로 하나 이상의 액체가 분사되고, 0.5∼20의 프로드 수치를 가지는 회전 교반기에 교반된 분말상의 제품을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 액체는 교반기의 회전 방향으로, 접선 방향으로 분사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 교반된 분말상 제품의 제조방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 액체가 교반기축 가까이에 배치된 교반기의 반경의 3/1~2/1내의 분사 노즐로 부터 방출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 액체는 수개의 노즐로 부터 분사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 제10항 내지 제12항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 초기에 교반된 분말상 제품의 단지 고분진 성분이 저분진 성분에 이어 액체내에 분사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  14. 제10항 내지 제13항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 액체 지방산이 소다위에 분사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  15. 제10항 내지 14항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 액체 지방산과 알칼리 금속 수산화물이 복합 요소 노즐을 통하여 동시에 분사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
