Claims (11)
- 낮은 농도의 아미노산을 갖는 발효배지상에서 이종 폴리펩티드를 암호화하는 DNA서열로 형질전환된 숙주 미생물을 생융시킴을 포함하는, 상기 미생물에 의해 발현된 이종 폴리펩티드의 아세틸화 방법.

- 157, 167, 171, 및 180번 위치의 라이신에 상응하는 최소한 하나의 아미노산 잔기를 아세틸화시킨 bst.
- 챠트 1에 예시된 천연 소마토트로핀의 157, 167, 171 또는 180번 잔기에 상응하는 최소한 하나의 라이신 잔기가 알기닌으로 치환된 동물 소마토트로핀.
