Claims (11)

  1. 낮은 농도의 아미노산을 갖는 발효배지상에서 이종 폴리펩티드를 암호화하는 DNA서열로 형질전환된 숙주 미생물을 생융시킴을 포함하는, 상기 미생물에 의해 발현된 이종 폴리펩티드의 아세틸화 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미생물이 상기 이종 폴리펩티드를 암호화하는 재조합 DNA분자로 형질전환된 세균인 방법.
  3. 157, 167, 171, 및 180번 위치의 라이신에 상응하는 최소한 하나의 아미노산 잔기를 아세틸화시킨 bst.
  4. 챠트 1에 예시된 천연 소마토트로핀의 157, 167, 171 또는 180번 잔기에 상응하는 최소한 하나의 라이신 잔기가 알기닌으로 치환된 동물 소마토트로핀.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 동물이 포유동물인 동물 소마토트로핀.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 포유동물인 동물이 소인 포유동물 소마토트로핀.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 포유동물인 동물이 돼지인 포유동물 소마토트로핀.
