Claims (16)
- 신디오탁틱 구조와 기핵제를 갖는 폴리프로필렌을 포함하는 신디오탁틱 폴리프로필렌 수지조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 신디오탁틱 구조를 갖는 상술한 폴리프로필렌은 다음의 (a)(b)(c)에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.(a) 신디오탁틱 구조를 갖는 프로필렌 단일 중합체.(b) 프로필렌의 신디오탁틱 구조와 탄소원자수 2-25를 갖는 다른 올레핀의 신디오탁틱 구조를 갖는 공중합체.(c) 상술한 단일 중합체나 공중합체와 아이소탁틱 구조를 갖는 프로필렌(공)중합체와 전술한 (공)중합체의 양보다 더 적은 량의 (공)중합체로 된 혼합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 신디오탁틱 구조를 가지는 상술한 폴리프로필렌에서,13C-NMR에 의하여 135℃에서 1, 2, 4-트리클로로벤젠 용액중에서 측정될 때 테트라메틸실란을 기초로 한 약 20.2ppm에서 관측된 피크강도 대 프로필렌의 메틸기에 기인된 전체 피크강도의 비는 0.3 또는 그 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상술한 기핵제는 방향족 모노카복실산의 금속염들과 디벤질리덴솔비톨, 방향족인화합물의 금속염들과 퀴나크리돈, 높은 용융점과 무기물을 갖는 중합체들로서 이루어진 그룹으로 부터 선택된 하나이상의 맴버인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상술한 기핵제는 벤조익산, 톨루익산 또는 p-터시어리부틸벤조익산의 금속염인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상술한 기핵제는 1,3,2,4-디(벤질리덴)솔비톨, 1,3,2,4-디(p-메틸벤질리덴)솔비톨이나 1,3,2,4-디(p-에틸벤질리덴)솔비톨인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상술한 기핵제는 소듐비스(4-터시어리-부틸페닐)포스페이트 또는 소듐메틸렌비스(2,4-디-터시어리-부틸페놀)포스페이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상술한 기핵제는 2,3-퀴나크리돈인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상술한 기핵제는 폴리비닐 씨클로헥산, 폴리-3-메틸부텐, 결정성 폴리스티렌이나 폴리트리메틸비닐실란인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상술한 기핵제는 활석, 고령토, 운모인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상술한 기핵제의 양은 중량으로 0.001ppm으로 부터 1% 사이의 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상술한 기핵제의 양은 중량으로 0.1ppm으로 부터 0.5% 사이의 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 신디오탁틱 구조를 갖고, 기핵제를 포함하지 않는 폴리프로필렌의 결정화 온도보다 시차주사열량분석법에 의하여 측정된 바로 5℃나 그 이상의 온도차로 더 높은 결정화 온도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 신디오탁틱 구조를 갖는 상술한 폴리프로피렌 공중합체는 탄소원자수 2-25를 갖는 프로필렌이외의 다른 올리핀을 중량 %로 20%나 그 이하를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 아이소탁틱 구조를 갖는 상술한 프로필렌 (공)중합체의 양은 중량%로 상술한 혼합물의 50% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 135℃ 테트랄린 용액내에서 측정된 신디오탁틱 구조를 갖는 상술한 프로필렌 (공)중합체의 고유점도는 0.1-10 사이의 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
