Claims (10)

  1. 하기 i)-ii)로 구성된 열경화성 수지 조성물:
    i) a) 일반식I
    의 알파, 알파'-이분지 디카르복시산의 디글리시딜 에스테르를;
    b) 일반식II
    의 알파, 알파'-이분지 디카르복시산과 반응시킴으므써 얻을 수 있는 진전된 수지 생성물로 상기식들에서, n은 0 또는 1이고, R은 직쇄 및 분지쇄 알킬, 시클로알킬, 아릴알킬 및 아릴로 구성된 군으로부터 개별적으로 선택되거나, 양 R들 모두 5,6 또는 8탄소원자로 구성된 치환 또는 비치환 시클로지방족 고리계의 일부를 형성할수 있되, 상기 경우 n은 0 이어야 하고, R1은 개별적으로 수소원자 또는 메틸기이고, R2는 단일결합, 치환 또는 비치환 알킬렌 또는 아릴렌 또는 하기 일반식 III의 라디칼이며
    -(R3)m1-X-(R3)m2- (m)
    이때 m1및 m3는 개별적으로 0 또는 1이고, R3은 치환 또는 비치환 알킬렌으로 구성된 군으로 부터 개별적으르 선택되며, X는 단일 결합이거나 하기 브릿징기(I-V)중의 하나이고;
    이때 R4는 C1내지 C4알킬로 구성된 군으로부터 개별적으로 선택되되, 단 X가 브릿징기(V)일때 m1은 0이고, X가 브릿징기(VI)일때, m2=0이며 n이 0일때, R2는 단일 결합이다; 및 ii) 아미노 수지 차단 또는 비차단(시클로)지방족 이소시안산염, 알파, 알파'-이분지 시클릭 무수물, 알파, 알파'-이분지산 및 에스테르기 만을 함유한 산-관능 폴리에스테르, (시클로) 지방족아민, (시클로)지방족 폴리아미노 아미드, 차단 또는 비차단 루이스산, 및 삼차 아민으로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택된 경화 화합물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 화합물 a) 및 b)의 몰비가 0.5-2.0의 범위내에 놓이는 열경화성 수지 조성물.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 화합물 a)가 화합물 b)의 디글리시딜 에스테르인 열경화성 수지 조성물.
  4. 제1 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화합물 b)가 알파 분지 모노카르복시산의 화학양론적량의 존재하에서 a)의 몰 초과량과 반응되는 열경화성 수지 조성물.
  5. 제1 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화합물 a)가 알파-분지 모노카르복시산의 글리시딜에스테르의 화학양론적량의 존재하에서 b)의 몰 초과량과 반응되는 열경화성 수지 조성물.
  6. 제4 및 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알파-분지 모노카르복시산이 피발산인 열경화성 수지 조성물.
  7. 제1 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화합물 a)가 디에틸 말론산, 2,2,5,5-테트라메틸아디프산, 술포디피발산, 및 테트라프로필 아디프산의 디글리시딜 에스테르로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 열경화성 수지 조성물.
  8. 제1 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화합물 b)가 디에틸 말론산, 2.2,5,5-테트라메틸아디프산, 술포디피발산, 및 테트라프로필아디프산의 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 열경화성 수지 조성물.
  9. 제1 내지 8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 경화화합물이 멜타민-포름알데히드 수지, 우레아-포름알데히드 수지, 글리콜우릴 수지 및 알코올 차단 이소포론 디이소시안산염으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 열경화성 수지 조성물.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 경화 화합물이 헥사메톡시 메틸멜라민인 열경화성 수지 조성물.
