Claims (12)

  1. 고정접점과 협동하는 적어도 1개의 이동접점 및 각각의 전원단자와 각각 연결되어 있는 복수개의 전극과, 상기 접점의 개방및/또는 폐쇄를 좌우하는 소정부재의 상태에 따라 온위치와 오프위치를 취하는 전달부재가 설치된 메인케이스와, 상기 전달부재에 의해 작동되는 보조접점을 지니는 전기회로를 포함하고 상기 메인케이스에 부가되는 케이스로 이루어진 부가모듀울로 구성된 전기기계 스위치장치에 있어서, 상기 메인케이스(10)는 전원 단자접근영역(13)과, 동작 및/또는 표시부재를 담지하고 있는 돌출부(20) 사이에 위치된 앞면개구부(33)를 가지고 있으며, 상기 부가모듀울의 케이스(40)는 상기 개구부에 삽입되어 유지되는 카세트인 것을 특징으로 하는 부가모듀울이 앞면에 장착된 전기기계 스위치장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부가모듀울의 케이스(40)는, 메인케이스(10)의 돌출부(20)의 수평면(24)을 따라 슬라이딩함으로써 상기 앞면개구부(33)안으로 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부가모듀울이 앞면에 장착된 전기기계 스위치장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 장착시 부가모듀울의 케이스(40)는 돌출부(20)의 수평면(24)상에 놓이는 것을 특징으로 하는 부가모듀울이 앞면에 장착된 전기기계 스위치장치.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 메인케이스의 전달부재는 선회가능한 레버(30)이고, 상기 부가모듀울은 선회가능한 레버(30)의 아암(30b)에 의해 작용되는 보조레버(42),(43)를 조작하기 위한 부재(56)를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 부가모듀울이 앞면에 장착된 전기기계 스위치장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 전달레버(30)는 메인케이스(10)내의 트립기구 및/또는 솔레노이드의 접촉자에 의해 작용되거나 부착되는 수용아암(30a)과, 작동부재(56)에 적용되는 제어아암(30b)을 가지고 있는 특징으로 하는 부가모듀울이 앞면에 장착된 전기기계 스위치장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 수용아암(30a) 및 제어아암(30b)은 서로 대략 직각을 이루고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 부가모듀울이 앞면에 장착된 전기기계 스위치장치.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 부가모듀울의 각 채널은 작동부재(56)에 의해 작용되는 판스프링(52)에 의해 지지된 이동접점(43)을 포함하는 한쌍의 접점으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 부가모듀울이 앞면에 장착된 전기기계 스위치장치.
  8. 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 부가모듀울은, 삽입시 작동부재(56)에 힘을 가하기 위하여 메인케이스(10)의 벽과 협동하는 철회가능한 돌출수단(62)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부가모듀울이 앞면에 장착된 전기기계 스위치장치.
  9. 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 부가모듀울은 메인케이스의 앞면으로부터 접근가능하며 상기 앞면 구멍부에 부가모듀울을 유지하는 래치(60)와 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 부가모듀울이 앞면에 장착된 전기기계 스위치장치.
  10. 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 부가모듀울의 케이스(40)의 단자(44,45)는 메인케이스(10)의 단자(15)와 함께 5점형 배열로 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 부가모듀울이 앞면에 장착된 전기기계 스위치장치.
  11. 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 부가모듀울의 케이스(40)는 메인케이스(10)의 폭과 거의 동일한 폭을 지니는 동시에, 장착위치에서 케이스(40)가 메인케이스의 앞쪽표면(21)을 넘어 돌출되지 않을 정도의 깊이를 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 부가모듀울이 앞면에 장착된 전기기계 스위치장치.
  12. 공정접점과 협동하는 적어도 1개의 이동접점 및 각각의 전원단자와 각각 연결되어 있는 복수개의 전극과, 상기 접점의 개방 및/또는 폐쇄를 좌우하는 제어부재의 상태에 따라 온위치와 오프위치를 취하는 전달부재가 설치된 메인케이스와, 상기 전달부애에 의해 작동되는 보조접점을 지니는 전기회로를 포함하고 상기 메인케이스에 부가되는 케이스로 이루어진 부가모듀울로 구성된 전기기계 스위치장치에 있어서, 상기 부가모듀울의 케이스(40)는 메인케이스(10)의 개구부(33)에 탈착가능하게 삽입되어 유지되는 카세트이며, 보조접점작동부재(56)를 구비하고 있고, 상기 메인케이스의 전달부재는, 메인케이스(10)내의 트립기구 및/또는 솔레노이드의 접촉자에 의해 작용되거나 부착되는 수용아암(30a)과, 작동부재에 작용되는 제어아암(30b)을 가지고 있는 선회가능한 레버(30)인 것을 특징으로 하는 부가모듀울이 앞면에 장착된 전기기계 스위치장치.
