Claims (5)
- 방사 빔을 제공하는 방사원이 제공된 헤드를 갖는 표면과 상사 방사 빔을 편향된 빔으로써 도파관에 연결시키는 주기적인 격자 구조를 갖은 입력 격자와, 도파관 외부에서 빔을 연결시키며 상사 방사 빔을 주사 빔 형태로 표면을 향하도록 하는 출력 격자에 주사하는 광학 헤드에 있어서, 상기 입력 격자는 방사 빔의 부족에 대해 최소한 하나의 보정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 헤드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 방사 빔의 비-원형 단면을 위한 보정을 갖은 입력 격자를 특징으로 하며, 주기적인 격자 구조만이 입력 격자의 위치에서 방사 빔의 단면 크기를 갖는 표면을 커버하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 헤드.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 입력 격자는 방사 빔의 비점수차에 대한 보정을 가지며 주기적인 격자 구조는 격자 주기가 상호 수직인 두 방향에서 다른 비-원형 격자 라인을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 헤드.
- 제1,2 또는 3항에 있어서, 입력 격자 및 출력 격자는 방사 빔의 파장 변화에 대한 보정을 가지며, 상기 입력 격자 및 출력 격자는 상호 연결되며 서로에 대해 대칭적으로 위치외든 m섹터의 n그룹으로 나누어지며, 두 격자의 섹터 대응 그룹은 방사원의 주어진 파장을 갖은 빔에 대한 방사 통로의 일부를 형성하며, m,n는 1보다 큰 정수인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 헤드.
- 선행항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 렌즈는 주사 빔의 광학 통로에 배열되어 있는 특징으로 하는 광학 헤드.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
