제2도는 실시예1의 고화 카바이드(1차카바이드)의 본질에 의해 구별되는 다양한 샘플의 소성류 곡선을 도시한 것이다.
제3도는 실시예 5의, 상이한 열처리시킨 샘플의 소성류를 도시한 것이다.
Claims (11)
- 크롬 27.5 내지 29.5중량%, 텅스텐 6.5 내지 7.8중량%, 탄소 0.69 내지 0.73중량%, 철 7 내지 10중량% 및 나머지량으로 거의 니켈로 조성되며 결정 구조내에 M23C6형 카바이드(여기서, M은 크롬 및/또는 하나 이상의 "등가"금속이며 M23C6카바이드는 사실상 2차 카바이드이다)를 갖는, 유리 섬유 원심분리기를 제조하는데 사용되는 니켈-기본 합금.
- 제1항에 있어서, 35 내지 38%비의 등가 크롬(크롬 및/또는 하나 이상의 등가 금속)을 포함하는 합금.
- 제2항에 있어서, 35.5 내지 37%의 등가 크롬을 포함하는 합금.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 실질적으로 Ni 54.5 내지 58%, Cr 27.5 내지 28.5%, W 7.2 내지 7.6%, C 0.69 내지 0.73%, Si 0.6 내지 0.9%, Mn 0.6 내지 0.9%, 및 Fe 7 내지 10%를 포함하는 합금.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 따른 합금을 주조하여 제조함을 특징으로 하는 유리 섬유 원심분리기.
- 제5항에 있어서, 합금을 주조하여 형성시킨 후에, 용융 공정에서 생성된 1차 카바이드가 부피가 별로 크지 않으며 균질하게 분포된 2차 카바이드로 전환되도록 하는 온도 및 온도 지속시간을 선택하여, 이 온도로 증가시켜 열처리시킴을 특징으로 하는, 유리섬유 원심분리기.
- 제6항에 있어서, 카바이드의 핵생성 단계 및 합착이 동시에 존재하지 않도록 온도 증가 속도를 충분히 빠르게 유지함을 특징으로 하는 유리섬유 원심분리기.
- 제6항에 있어서, 열처리 온도를 3℃/min 이상의 속도로 증가시킨 유리섬유 윈심 분리기.
- 제7항에 있어서, 열처리 온도가 1000℃이하, 바람직하게는 900℃미만인 유리 섬유 원심분리기.
- 제8항에 있어서, 열처리를 상기 온도에서 5시간 이상 동안 유지하는 유리섬유 원심분리기.
- 제9항에 있어서, 열처리 시간이 8시간 이상인 유리섬유 원심분리기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
