Claims (5)

  1. 34-50 중량% 크롬, 1.5-2.5중량% 탄소, 5 중량%까지의 망간, 5중량%까지의 실리콘, 5중량%까지의 몰리브덴, 10 중량%까지의 니켈, 5 중량%까지의 과 티타늄, 지르코늄, 니오븀, 붕소, 바나듐 및 렁스렌중 선택된 하나 이상의 각 원소당 1중량 이상, 또한 나머지가 철과 부수적인 불순물로 구성된 조성과 한편 하나이상의 페라이트, 보유 오오스테나이트, 또한 마르텐사이트로 이루어진 매트릭스속에 공정(eutectic)크롬이 들어있는 미세구조를 특징으로 하는 내식성 페로크롬 합금.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 미세구조가 메트릭스속에 1차 크롬탄화물, 1차 페라이트 또는 1차 오오스테나이트중 하나를 포함하는 것으로된 합금.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 매트릭스에 25-35 중량%의 크롬 고체용액이 들어있는 것으로된 합금.
  4. 전술한 모든 항중 어느 한항에 있어서:36-46 중량% 크롬, 1.9-2.1 중량%탄소, 1-2중량5 망간, 0.5-1.5중량5 실리콘, 1-2 중량5의 몰리브덴, 1-5중량%니켈, 1-2중량%동으로 구성된 조성을 특징으로 하는 합금.
  5. 합금율 600-1000℃범위의 온도에서 열처리하고 다시 이 합금을 공기 냉각하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합금 제조방법.
