Claims (16)
- 알케닐 방향족 화합물 또는 알케닐 방향족 화합물과 1종 이상의 다른 중합성 화합물과의 결합물로 개질한 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체를 중합체 성분으로서 함유하는 가황성 고무 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 개질된 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체가 결합 알케닐 방향족 화합물을 5~60중량%로 함유하는 가황성 고무 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 알케닐 방향족 화합물이 스티렌, o-메틸스티렌, P-메틸스티렌 또는 α-메틸스티렌인 가황성 고무 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 알케닐 방향족 화합물이 스티렌인 가황성 고무 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 개질전의 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체가 에틸렌-α-올레핀-비-공액 디엔 공중합체인 가황성 고무 조성물.
- 제 5항에 있어서, α-올레핀이 프로필렌, 부텐-1, 4-메틸펜텐-1, 헥센-1 또는 옥텐-1이고 비-공액 디엔이 1, 4-펜타디엔, 1, 4-헥사디엔, 디비닐벤젠, 디시클로펜타디엔, 메틸렌노르보넨, 에틸리덴노르보넨 또는 비닐노르보넨인 가황성 고무 조성물.
- 제 5항에 있어서, α-올레핀이 프로필렌, 또는 부텐-1이고 비-공액 디엔이 디시클로펜타디엔 또는 에틸리덴노르보넨인 가황성 고무 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 개질된 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체가 라디칼중합 촉매 존재하에, 수성 현탁액 중에서 알케닐 방향족 화합물 또는 알케닐 방향족 화합물과 1종 이상의 다른 중합성 화합물과의 결합물로 그라프트화 시킨 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체인 가황성 고무 조성물.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체 100중량부에 대한 알케닐 방향족 화합물의 비율이 5~150중량부인 가황성 고무 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 중합체 성분으로서 비개질된 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체 및 스티렌 수지를 추가로 함유하는 가황성 고무 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 가황제를 함유하는 가황성 고무 조성물.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 가황제가 황-함유 가황제이거나 유기 퍼옥사이드-함유 가황제인 가황성 고무 조성물.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 황-함유 가황제가 황, 모르폴린 디술피드, 알킬페놀 디술피드, 테트라메틸티우람 디술피드 또는 디펜타메틸티우람 테트라술피드인 가황성 고무 조성물.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 유기 퍼옥사이드-함유 가황제가 디큐밀 퍼옥사이드, 2, 5-디메틸-2, 3-디(t-부틸퍼옥시)헥산, 1, 3-(t-부틸퍼옥시이소프로필)벤젠 또는 1, 1-비스(t-부틸퍼옥시)-3, 3, 5-트리베틸시클로헥산인 가황성 고무 조성물.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 가황 촉진제 및 보조 가황제를 추가로 함유하는 가황성 고무 조성물.
- 연속 가황법에 의하여 제 1항에서 청구된 가황성 고무 조성물로부터 수득한 가황성 고무 제품.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
