Claims (10)

10%이하, 바람직하게는 0-0.5%의 지방 및 0.2-0.5%의 흐름 방지 안정화제(예를 들면 로커스트 빈 고무)를 함유하는 아이스믹스를 슬러쉬(slush)냉동시킨 다음 통상의 저장온도를 냉동경화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 감지할 정도의 흐름이 없는 빙과류 제품의 제조방법.
제1항에 있어서, 0.2-0.4%의 흐름방지 안정화제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 안정화제는 최소한 대부분 로커스트 빈 고무인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
직경 2.5㎝, 중량 10g의 원주형 샘플을 -20°C에서 평형시킨 다음 2.5X2.5mm 매쉬 크기의 수평의 강선 망위에 지지시킨 상태로 18-20°C의 대기온도에 노출시켜 측정된 바와같이 녹아내리는 양이 0.175g/분 이하이며 전체 중량 손실이 4-24%이고 총 중량 손실이 30-80%인 것을 특징으로 하는, 감지할 정도의 흐름이 없는 빙과류 제품.
제4항에 있어서, 총 중량 손실이 50-805%인 것을 특징으로 하는 빙과류 제품.
제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 0.5중량% 이하의 안정화제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 빙과류 제품.
제6항에 있어서, 0.3-0.4중량%의 안정화제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 빙과류 제품.
제4항 내지 제7항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 안정화제는 최소한 대부분 로커스트 빈 고무인 것을 특징으로 하는 빙과류 제품.
제4항 내지 제8항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 흐름이 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 빙과류 제품.
제4항 내지 제9항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 0-0.5%의 지방을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 빙과류 제품.
