제2도는 접속요소와 압력매체 도관 사이의 삽입결합부를 밀폐할 수 있도록 사용위치에 있으며, 종축 위에는 저압 조작상태를 종축 아래에는 과압 조작상태를 도시하는 제1도에 도시한 패킹링의 단면도.
Claims (15)
- 압력매체 도관(22)과 유동성 접속요소(2) 사이의 삽입결합을 밀폐하기 위해 그 사용위치에서, 접속요소(2)의 삽입수용부(5)의 환상의 특히 원통형의 밀폐면(21)과 삽입측면(4)으로부터 삽입수용부(5)내로 삽입되는 압력매체도관(22)의 외표면(28) 사이에 동축방향으로 설치되며, 사용위치에서 삽입측면(4)과 반대방향을 향해 있는 내부축방향 측면(29)에 V자형으로 형성되는 2개의 과압패킹립(30,31)을 구비하며, 반경방향으로 외측에 놓여있는 과압패킹립(31)이 밀폐면(21)과 협동하고, 반경방향으로 내측에 놓여있는 과압 패킹립(30)이 압력매체도관(28)의 외표면(28)과 협동하여 밀폐시키며, 반대측 외부축방향면(33)에 형성되어, 접속요소(2)의 인장용집게(7)에 작용하는 가압부(34)를 구비하는 폐킹 링(1)에 있어서, 가압부(34)는 환상 측방향 돌출부(35)에 의하여 형성되며, 사용위치에 가압부(34)와 이에 반경방향으로 대향된 삽입수용부(5)분절 사이에 반경방향의 밀폐갭(42)이 설치될 수 있도록, 축방향으로 접속된 패킹링분절(36)에 대한 외주영역(37)내에 반경방향을 따라 내측으로 역계단이 환상축방향 돌출부상에 구비되며, 피킹 링(1)의 내주변(38) 영역내에 있는 가압부(34)에 내측저압 밀폐부(48)가 형성되며, 내측저압 밀폐부는 가압부(34)와 함께 일체로 된 선회링(49)을 형성하며, 선회링은 압력매체 도관(22)내에 주위압력에 대하여 저압이 지배할 때, 사용위치에 있는 패킹 링(1)의 내측저압 밀폐부(48)가 압력차로 인하여 자동적으로 반경방향을 따라 내측으로 압력매체도관(22)의 외표면(28)에 면하여 늘릴 수 있도록 굴절영역(50)을 거쳐 반경방향으로 선회될 수 있게, 접속된 패킹링분절(36)과 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력매체 도관(22)과 유동성 접속요소(2) 사이의 삽입결합을 밀폐하기 위한 패킹 링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 패킹 링(1)의 외표면(37)중 축방향으로 가압부(34)에 접속된 영역내에, 사용위치에서 접속요소(2)의 밀폐된(21)과 협동하는 외측저압 밀폐부(52)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 패킹 링.
- 제2항에 있어서, 외측저압 밀폐부(52)는 궁륭 모양으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 패킹 링.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 외측저압 밀폐부(52)와 외측과압 패킹립(31)사이의 축방향 영역내에 반경 방향의 외측요부(53)가 동축방향으로 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 패킹 링.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 외측저압 밀폐부(52)는 내측저압 밀폐부(48)과 내측과압 패킹립(30) 사이의 영역내에 축방향으로 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 패킹 링.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 내측저압 밀폐부(48)와 내측과압 밀폐부(30) 사이의 축방향 영역내에 반경방향의 내측요부(63)가 동축방향으로 설치되며, 이 내측요부는 V자형으로 되고, V자형 다리들이 서로 둔각으로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 패킹 링.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 내측과압 패킹립(31)에 의하여 범위가 한정되는 삽입개구(56) 분절의 직경은 내측저압 밀폐부(48)에서 보다 더 작게되는 것을 특징으로 하는 패킹 링.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 패킹 링(1)의 삽입개구(56)에, 선회링측으로 축방향에 있는 단부영역 내에 삽입방향(23)으로 직경이 점감하는 압력매체 도관(22)용의 원추형 삽입부(60)가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 패킹 링.
- 제8항에 있어서, 내측저압 밀폐부(48)는 한편으로는 원추형의 삽입부(60)에 의하여, 다른 한편으로는 반경방향의 내측요부(63)에 의하여 그 범위가 한정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 패킹 링.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 내측저압 밀폐부(48)은 궁륭형으로 형성되며, 밀폐연단(62)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 패킹 링.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용위치에서 축방향으로 밀려질 수 있도록 접속요소(2)의 밀폐면(21)에 인접되는 것을 특징으로 하는 패킹 링.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 일체의 합성고무 부재로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 패킹 링.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 굴절영역(50)이 일영역으로부터 점감하는 두께의 재료로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 패킹 링.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 외측과압 패킹 립(31)은 내측과압 패킹 립(30)보다 축방향으로 돌출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 패킹 링.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가압부(34)의 축방향 전면에 축방향 요부(66)가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 패킹 링.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
