Claims (19)
- 금속물체의 성형방법에 있어서, a. 상기 금속물체상의 박막금속층을 용융시키도록 상기 금속물체에 에너지입력을 제공하는, 레이저 비임을 상기 금속물체의 표면에 조사시키는 단계와; b. 상기 용융금속층을 응고시키고, 대체로 대기온도로 냉각시켜서 재주조(recast)층을 형성시키는 단계 및 ; c. 상기 금속물체의 면적에 걸쳐서 예정된 패턴대로 상기 용융공정을 반복하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속물체의 성형방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 재주조층의 두께는 0.010인치 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속물체의 성형방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 재주조층의 두께는 0.0005 내지 0.001인치인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속물체의 성형방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 레이저 비임이 상기 금속물체의 표면에 예정된 패턴으로 조사되어 상기 재형상화된 금속의 형상에 특정한 변화를 생기게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속물체의 성형방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 재주조층이 상기 재형상화된 금속 물체로부터 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속물체의 성형방법.
- 금속물체의 성형 방법에 있어서, a. 상기 금속물체의 표면에서 금속층을 용융시키도록, 레이저 비임을 상기 금속물체의 표면에 조사시키는 단계와; b. 상기 용융금속층을 응고시키고 대체로 대기온도까지 냉각시켜서 재주조층을 형성시키는 단계와; c. 상기 용융공정을 상기 금속물체상의 면적에 걸쳐서 예정된 배열로 반복하는 단계와; d.추가의 재형상화가 필요한지를 결정하기 위해 상기 금속물체의 치수를 검사하는 단계 및; e. 요구되는 형상을 얻기 위해 필요에 따라 상기 c단계와 상기 d단계를 반복하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속물체의 성형방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 재주조층의 두께는 0.010인치 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속물체의 성형방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 재주조층의 두께는 0.0005 내지 0.001인치인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속물체의 성형방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 재주조층이 상기 금속물체로 부터 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속물체의 성형방법.
- 가스터어빈 엔진의 터어빈부품을 수리 및 재형상화 시키는 방법에 있어서, a. 상기 터어빈 부품의 표면으로부터 보호피막을 제거하는 단계와; b. 상기 터어빈 부품에 대해 재료의 결함과 부식 그리고 원래 형상으로 부터의 비틀림을 검사하는 단계와; c. 부식된 재료의 수리 또는 교체를 요하는 영역에서 상기 부품의 표면에 재료를 부가하는 단계와; d. 상기 부가재료를 상기 부품에 접착시키는 단계와; e. 상기비틀림 영역내의 상기 부품의 표면에 레이저 비임을 조사시켜서 상기 비틀림영역 표면의 국부영역이 용융, 고화되고 대기온도까지 냉각되어 재주조층을 형성하게 되는 단계와; f. 상기 부품의 표면으로부터 초과 재료를 제거하는 단계 및 g. 상기 부품의 표면에 상기 보호피막을 다시 입히는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스터어빈 엔진의 터어빈 부품을 수리 및 재형상화 시키는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 재주조층의 두께는 0.010인치인 것을 특징으로 하는 가스터어빈 엔진의 터어빈 부품을 수리 및 재형상화 시키는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 재주조층의 두께는 0.0005 내지 0.001인치인 것을 특징으로 하는 가스터어빈 엔진의 터어빈 부품을 수리 및 재형상화 시키는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 재주조층이 상기 터어빈 부품으로 부터 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스터어빈 엔진의 터어빈 부품을 수리 및 재형상화 시키는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 부가재료의 부품이 레이저 용융 이전에 매끄럽게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스터어빈 엔진의 터어빈 부품을 수리 및 재형상화 시키는 방법.
- 가스터어빈 엔진의 부품의 수리 및 재형상화 시키는 방법에 있어서, a. 상기 터어빈 부품의 보호피막을 제거하는 단계와; b. 상기 터어빈 부품에 대하여 재료의 결함과 부식 그리고 원래 형상으로 부터의 비틀림을 검사하는 단계와; c. 부식된 재료의 수리 또는 교체를 요하는 영역에서 상기 부품의 표면에 재료를 부가하는 단계와; d. 상기 부가재료를 상기 부품에 합금하는 단계와; e. 상기 비틀림 영역내의 상기 부품의 표면에 레이저 비임을 조사하여 상기 비틀림영역 표면의 국부영역이 용융, 응고되고 대기온도까지 냉각되는 단계와; f. 추가의 재형상화가 필요한지를 결정하기 위해 상기 부품의 치수를 검사하는 단계와; g. 요구되는 형상을 얻기 위해 필요에 따라 상기 f단계와, 상기 g단계를 반복하는 단계와, h. 상기 부품의 표면으로부터 여분의 재료를 제거하는 단계 및; i. 상기 부품의 표면에 상기 보호피막을 다시 입히는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스터어빈 엔진의 터어빈 부품을 수리 및 재형상화 시키는 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 제주조층의 두께는 0.010인치 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 가스터어빈 엔진의 터어빈 부품을 수리 및 재형상화 시키는 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 재주조층의 두께는 0.0005 내지 0.001인치인 것을 특징으로 하는 가스터어빈 엔진의 터어빈 부품을 수리 및 재형상화 시키는 방법.
