Abstract
A B S T R A C T
The machine for three dimension shaping and/or straightening of steel plates with flame and/or laser heating followed by water or air cooling, has the task of substituting the con-ventional shaping equipment such as rolls, presses, flangers, etc, which require considerable investment. It is very portable and can operate independent of any specialized place as workshop, yard, etc. Consisting of a carriage moving on magnetic chain track and/or magnetic wheels carrying and operating remote controlled and/or programmed torches and/or lasers and cooling nozzles, applying heating followed by cooling on the surface of steel plates performing in this manner the required shaping. To assure during the process the working temperature does not exceed allowable range, the temperature control device adjusts at all times the movement speed of the carriage. Thus it is possible to obtain the shaping of the plate saving valuable time and investment.

Claims (3)
1. Machine for three dimensions shaping of steel plates using the method of heating with flame followed by cooling with water having application especially in shipbuilding and steel building characterized by the machine consisting of a carriage on magnetic chain track traveling in all working directions on the respective plate with a programmed equipment capable of carrying and operating more torches as source of heating and the conjugate nozzle as source of coolig, a carriage speed control device which controls its speed in accordance with prescribed temperature at point of heating.

A machine according to the Claim 1,characterized in that a transmitter for level reading and delivering informations about the three dimensions shaping of plate during the process, toward a programmed controller which in conformity with the input data from a computer reading the final required shape of plate, regulates the bending process, switches on/off the torches at the proper time.
3. A machine according to Claims 1,2, characterized in that beside torches is capable to use laser as heating source.
