장갑편성에 있어서 끝가장자리부의 처리방법 및 그 장갑
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제 1도는 본 발명상의 방법으로 편성된 장갑의 개략 정면도,
제 2도는 본 발명상의 실시예 1의 편성을 나타낸 그림,
제 3도는 본 발명상의 실시예 2의 편성을 나타낸 그림.

Claims (4)

  1. 장갑편기(編機)를 사용하여 장갑편성중의 손목입구 끝가장자리부가 되는 코-스를 포함하는 편종(編終)의 여러둘레의 주회(周回)코-스의 면목을 편성할 때, 이 부분이 파이프 주머니상으로 되도록 편성하고, 파이프 주머니상의 상단의 적어도 1주(周)코-스를 열융착성을 가지는 해지사(解止絲)에 의해 편성한 후, 장갑을 편기로부터 분리하여 열처리하므로써 해지사를 융착시켜 편지의 끝가장자리부가 풀리지 않도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 장갑편성에 있어서 끝가장자리부의 처리방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 장갑 편성중의 손목입구 끝가장자리부가 되는 코-스를 포함하는 편종의 여러둘레의 주회 코-스의 편목을 편성할 때에 해지사를 사용하여 손목부의 편성에 이어서 코-스의 편성을 행함과 아울러 일부의 침을 루-프를 계지시킨 그대로 휴지 위치에 머무르게 하고, 나머지 침으로 계속이어서 손목입구 끝가장자리부의 편성을 소정수의 주회 코-스로 행한 후 상기 휴지상태에 있는 침을 작용상태로 복귀시켜 끝가장자리부의 상단 루-프와 하단 루-프와를 짜 합치도록 편성하여 손목입구 가장자리부의 파이프 주머니상의 편지부분을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장갑편성에 있어서 끝가장자리부의 처리방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 해지사는 열수축성을 가진 탄성사를 심사(芯絲)로 하고 열융착성 및 열경화성이 없는 시조를 꼬아 합쳐 커버링하며, 이 커버링사의 외주에 열융착성이 있는 사조를 반대방향으로 꼬아 합쳐서 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장갑편성에 있어서 끝가장자리부의 처리방법.
  4. 장갑편기로 편성되는 장갑에 있어서, 손목입구 끝가장자리부가 되는 코-스를 포함하는 편종의 여러둘레의 주회 코-스의 편목이 탄성사에 의해 파이프 주머니상으로 편목을 형성하고, 상기 편목에 이어서 코-스의 편목이 해지사로 형성되고 이 편목이 열처리에 의해 융착되어 최종 편목의 해지가 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 장갑.
