Claims (4)
- 토목공사용 토양을 안정화시키는 토양경화모르타르의 제조방법에 있어서, 대기온도와 통풍에 의해 자연건조상태로 처리한 토양을 10% 전후로 감소시켜 건조장치 내에서 2차 건조시킨 다음 토양의 입자 직경을 5㎜ 정도로 분쇄장치에 의해 분쇄시켜 주제(아크릴 수지와 초산비닐수지의공중합물, 스테아린산마그네슘, 수용성페놀수지, 아크릴아마이드로 조성된 혼합조성물)와 부제(규불화소다, 염화철, 리그닌술폰산소다, 트리폴리인산소다로 조성한 혼합물)를 1 : 1의 중량비로 사용하여 혼합 장치에서 상기 분쇄처리토양에 상기 주제와 부제를 주입하면서 강력하게 혼합시킴으로서 처리토양 입자표면에까지 균일하게 침투하도록 처리하며, 최적 모르타르의 함수비가 15~18%로 되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 상기 토양경화모르타르의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주제는 아크릴수지와 초산비닐수지의 공중합물 60wt%, 스테아린산마그네슘 5wt%, 수용성페놀수지 15wt%, 아크릴아마이드 20wt%로 조성되고 상기 부제는 규불화소다, 염화철, 리그닌술폰산소다, 트리폴리인산소다를 1.2 : 2.8 : 2.5 : 3.5의 중량비로 조성되며, 상기 주제에서 수분함량 30~50%, PH 8-12임을 특징으로 하는 상기 토양경화모르타르의 제조방법.
- 자연건조상태로 건조시킨 토목공사용 토양을 10% 전후로 감수시키고 건조장치에서 2차건조시킨 다음 토양입자직경 5㎜ 정도로 분쇄시켜 얻어진 분쇄처리토양에 주제와 부제(1 : 1)를 주입시켜 혼합하되 그 처리토양입자표면에 균일하게 침투되도록 처리하여 최적 모르타르 함수비 15-18%를 가진 토양경화모르타르.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 주제는 아크릴수지와 초산비닐수지의 공중합물 60wt%, 스테아린산마그네슘 5wt%, 수용성 페놀수지 15wt%, 아크릴아마이드 20wt%로 조성되고, 상기 수용성 페놀수지에서 수분함량 30-50%, PH 8-12이며, 상기 부제는 규불화소다, 염화철, 리그닌술폰산소다, 트리폴리인산소다를 1.2 : 2.8 : 2.5 : 3.5의 중량비로 조성된 상기 토양경화모르타르.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
