Abstract
본 발명은 시멘트의 수화물 존재하에서 자체가 수경성을 가지는 제지공업의 폐부산물인 제지회분에 지방산 금속염, 석고, 유기산의 일종인 탄닌신, 비이온성 샐룰로스ㅡ에테르계 중점제를 혼합하여 사용하는 방수용 시멘트 조성물과 상기의 조성물을 볼밀에서 적정 입도로 분쇄한 후 분쇄된 분말을 시멘트와 균일하게 혼합하여 제조되는 방수용 시멘트의 제조방법에 대한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 방수용 조성물과 시멘트는 종래의 방수제와는 달리 효과적으로 수분에 대한 발수성능 강화와 경화체 조직을 치밀화시킴으로써 흡수와 투수에 대한 저항성, 즉 방수성능을 강화시키게 되며 지속적으로 방수성능을 발휘할 수 있게 된다.

- 제지공업의 폐부산물인 제지회분 100중량부에 대하여 유리 지방산 합량이 3.0% 이하인 스테아린산 칼슘 10 내지 60중량부, 무수석고 40 내지 80중량부, 유기산의 일종인 탄닌산 2 내지 5중량부, 점도 1,500 내지 8000CPS로 비이온성 셀룰로스 에테르계 중점제인 하이드록시 프로필 메칠 셀룰로스 0.2 내지 1.0중량부가 혼합되어서 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 방수용 시멘트 조성물.
- 제지공업의 폐부산물인 제지회분 100중량부에 대하여 유리 지방산 함량이 3.0% 이하인 스테아린산 칼슘 10 내지 60중량부, 무수석고 40 내지 80중량부, 유기산의 일종인 탄닌산 2 내지 5중량부, 점도 1,500 내지 8000CPS로 비이온성 셀룰로스 에테르계 중점제인 하이드록시 프로필 메칠 셀룰로스 0.2 내지 1.0중량부가 혼합된 방수용 시멘트 조성물을 볼밀에서 325메쉬체에 70% 이상 전통되게 분쇄한 후 포틀랜드 시멘트 1,000중량부에 상기 분쇄된 조성물을 50 내지 200중량부로 첨가하고 균일하게 혼합하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방수용 시멘트의 제조방법 .※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
