技术领域
[0001]本发明涉及墙体保温材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗菌环保保温墙体材料。
背景技术
[0002]随着我国日渐增长的国民经济,以及城市人口近几年来的持续增加,我国对于城市污水的处理效率越来越高,导致在污水处理过程中产生的副产物一污泥的产量不断增加。污水处理过程中产生的污泥中含有大量的不可溶絮状体,还含有大量水分、种类复杂的有机物质,同时还含有多种重金属有毒物质及病原菌等有害物质,如果对其任意填埋堆放,不加以处理,不仅会为环境造成严重污染,同时也忽略了这些污泥所具有的使用价值,造成对资源的浪费。传统的污泥处理方法,不仅耗费大量的资源,并且还会对周边环境造成污染,经过物理、生物化学等方式处理过的污泥,可以有效降低其有毒有害的物质,而且经处理过后的污泥还具有隔热保温、吸声等功能,是一种优良的功能性建筑材料。因此污泥的资源化利用是污泥处理的一条可是续发展的道路。近几年,对污泥的资源化利用得到了飞速的发展,其中最主要的利用方式,就是将污泥应用于建筑材料中,如果在此基础上研制一种含有污泥的保温材料,那么这些难处理的污泥就得到了有效利用,是污泥资源化利用的一种有效方式,同时也找到了一种新的环保型保温材料,提高了建筑材料的节能环保性。
[0003]申请号为200810171725.1《污泥处理方法和该方法生产的污泥发泡轻质混凝土及用途》专利中,也是用未经处理的污泥和生石灰搅拌反应,形成污泥熟石灰,再将其与水泥、水和发泡剂混合得到发泡轻质混凝土,具有很多用途,各方面的性能均优于普通混凝土,但是在污泥处理过程中未对其进行防水和有机物处理,对人们身体的健康有大大的影响,因为污泥具有吸水性,容易吸收外来水分,时间一长,会降低安全系数,危急人们生命财产安全。本发明通过一定物理、化学方式处理,达到无毒无害,保温隔热、热导率较低等目的,使其作为良好的保温材料,同时也拥有良好的隔音吸声效果,充分发挥污泥性质上的优势,在废物利用的同时兼顾了环境保护,真正实现变废为宝的绿色愿望。
发明内容

一种抗菌环保保温墙体材料,由以下重量份的原料制备制成:醋酸乙烯酯乳液5-6、河砂6-8、高岭土 3-4、竹浆纤维9-12、纳米二氧化钛3-4、污泥210-250、Vac/E可分散乳胶粉4-
5、聚丙烯酰胺2.5-3、壳聚糖1-2、十二烷基硫酸钠1.7-2.4、α-半水石膏120-130、铝酸酯偶联剂0.5-1、水泥7.5-8、粉煤灰5.3-5.7、活性炭4_5、硅藻土 8_9、硅溶胶3_4、水适量。
[0006] —种抗菌环保保温墙体材料,由以下具体步骤制备制成:
(I)将活性炭和硅藻土加到污泥中搅拌均匀,于自然条件下混合5-6天,然后将污泥预热处理,温度为170-175°C,时间为30-35min,自然冷却后加到厌氧池中,在无氧条件下,温度为35-40° C,PH值保持在7.0-7.4厌氧消化反应10-13天,反应结束后进行干燥处理,在140-150° C下处理6-7h,自然冷却后碾磨过300-400目筛备用;(2) 将醋酸乙烯酯乳液用8-10倍量的水稀释,加入高岭土超声分散均匀,再加入步骤(1)制备的污泥粉混合搅拌均匀,然后将其包覆在竹浆纤维和河砂混合物表面,置于烘箱中烘干,最后将混合物浸渍在浓度为15-18%的Vac/E可分散乳胶粉溶液中,蒸发除去水分后烘干备用;(3) 将步骤(2)制备的产物、a-半水石膏粉混合搅拌均匀,按照水膏比1:1.2-1:1.4搅拌形成石膏浆液,再将十二烷基硫酸钠与4-5倍量的水混合在室温下机械搅拌形成发泡浆液, 然后将发泡浆液与石膏浆液混合,持续搅拌并加入粉煤灰、水泥等其他剩余物质,最后将浆料倒入模具中,放于室内通风处自然成型。
[0007] 本发明的优点是:本发明采用活性炭和硅藻土对污泥进行除臭,之后厌氧消化处理大大减少污泥中有机物含量,在高温处理起到消毒杀菌的作用,经处理的污泥包覆在填料表面,再用Vac/E可分散乳胶液做防水处理,大大的提高了强度、防潮、防水、保温、隔热等方面的作用,本发明采用a-半水石膏作为基础材料,具有很高的强度、抗压性、耐水性和易浇注成型,在石膏浆液中加入发泡剂,短时间的搅拌混合即可浇注成型,无需专用的铸造设备,工艺简单,生产周期短,效率高,石膏发泡材料中还具有大量的细小、均匀气泡,不仅起到良好的保温作用,还能加强材料的力学性能;本发明的墙体保温材料保温隔热性能好,且能有效抗菌,所用原料绿色无污染,安全环保,符合产业政策。具体实施方式

[0009] —种抗菌环保保温墙体材料,由以下具体步骤制备制成:(1) 将活性炭和硅藻土加到污泥中搅拌均匀,于自然条件下混合5天,然后将污泥预热处理,温度为170°C,时间为30min,自然冷却后加到厌氧池中,在无氧条件下,温度为35°C, PH值保持在7.0厌氧消化反应10天,反应结束后进行干燥处理,在140° C下处理6h,自然冷却后碾磨过300目筛备用;(2) 将醋酸乙烯酯乳液用8倍量的水稀释,加入高岭土超声分散均匀,再加入步骤(1)制备的污泥粉混合搅拌均匀,然后将其包覆在竹浆纤维和河砂混合物表面,置于烘箱中烘干, 最后将混合物浸渍在浓度为15%的Vac/E可分散乳胶粉溶液中,蒸发除去水分后烘干备用;(3) 将步骤(2)制备的产物、a半水石膏粉混合搅拌均匀,按照水膏比1:1.2:1.4搅拌形成石膏浆液,再将十二烷基硫酸钠与4倍量的水混合在室温下机械搅拌形成发泡浆液,然后将发泡浆液与石膏浆液混合,持续搅拌并加入粉煤灰、水泥等其他剩余物质,最后将浆料倒入模具中,放于室内通风处自然成型。

1.一种抗菌环保保温墙体材料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制备制成:醋酸乙烯 酯乳液5-6、河砂6-8、高岭土 3-4、竹浆纤维9-12、纳米二氧化钛3-4、污泥210-250、Vac/E可 分散乳胶粉4-5、聚丙烯酰胺2.5-3、壳聚糖1-2、十二烷基硫酸钠1.7-2.4、a-半水石膏120-130、铝酸酯偶联剂0.5-1、水泥7.5-8、粉煤灰5.3-5.7、活性炭4-5、硅藻土 8-9、硅溶胶3-4、 水适量。
