제3도는 제2도의 변환 회로를 제어하는 제어 회로 도시도.

Claims (13)

  1. 서브-픽쳐로 픽쳐를 분할하는 수단과, 접촉하는 계수의 2-차원 블럭으로 각 서브-픽쳐를 변환하는 변환회로와, 주목할만한 이동이 서브-픽쳐내에서 검출될때 이동 신호를 발생하고 서브-픽쳐를 수신하는 이동 검출기와, 시리얼 시퀀스의 계수로 그들을 변환하고 이동 신호에 종속하는 주사 패턴에 따라 계수의 블럭을 판독하는 주사 수단을 포함하는 픽쳐 신호의 변환 코딩을 위한 인코딩 회로에 있어서, 주사 패턴은 이미 판독된 계수에 접촉하지 않는 설정된 계수로의 적어도 한 점프를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인코딩 회로.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 설정된 계수는 서브-픽쳐에서 존재하는 이동을 표시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인코딩 회로.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 서브-픽쳐는 두개의 비월 주사 서브-필드를 포함하고, 변환 회로는 별도로 서브-필터를 변환시킴으로써 서브-블럭으로 계수의 블럭을 분활하는데 적용된 것을 특징으로 하는 인코딩 회로.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 설정된 계수는 관련된 서브-블럭의 dc 계수인 것을 특징으로 하는 인코딩 회로.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 주사 수단은 또 지그재그 패턴에 따른 별도의 서브-블럭 판독에 적용된 것을 특징으로 하는 인코딩 회로.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 주사 수단은 또 두개의 서브-블럭의 계수를 번갈아 판독하는데 적용된 것을 특징으로 하는 인코딩 회로.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 또 상기 dc 계수의 차를 나타내는 차 계수로 두개의 서브-블럭의 dc 계수를 반전시키는 수단과 더불어 제공된 것을 특징으로 하는 인코딩 회로.
  8. 이동 신호 재생 수단과, 접촉하는 어드레스 가능한 메모리 위치의 2-차원 블럭에서 이동 신호에 종속하는 저장 패턴에 따른 시리얼 시퀀스의 계수를 저장하는 저장 수단과, 서브-픽쳐로 블럭에 저장된 계수를 변환하는 역변환 회로를 포함하며, 제1항 또는 2항에 청구한 바와같은 인코딩 회로에 의해 공급된 변환된 픽쳐 신호를 디코딩 회로에 있어서, 저장 패턴은 미리 어드레스된 메모리 위치에 접촉하지 않는 설정된 메모리 위치에 적어도 한 단계에 의해 점프하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디코딩 회로.
  9. 제3항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 청구된 바와같은 인코딩 회로에 의해 공급된 변환된 픽쳐 신호를 디코딩하는 제8항에 있어서, 역변환 회로는 별도로 그들을 두개의 비월 주사 서브-필드로 변환하고 두개의 서브-블럭으로 계수의 블럭을 분할하는데 적용되고, 설정된 메모리 위치는 미리 어드레서된 메모리 위치보다 다른 서브-블럭의 부분을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디코딩 회로.
  10. 제7항에 청구된 바와같은 인코딩 회로로부터의 변환된 픽쳐 신호를 디코딩하는 제9항에 있어서, 디코딩 회로는 또 수신된 차 계수로부터의 두개의 dc 계수를 회복하는 수단과 더불어 제공된 것을 특징으로 하는 디코딩 회로.
  11. 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 청구된 바와같은 인코딩 회로를 포함하는 텔레비젼 신호의 전송기.
  12. 제8항, 9항 또는 10항에 청구된 바와같은 디코딩 회로를 포함하는 텔레비젼 신호의 수신기.
  13. 제8항, 9항 또는 10항에 청구된 바와같은 디코딩 회로와 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 청구된 바와같은 인코딩 회로를 포함하는 텔레비젼 신호 기록 및 표시를 위한 비디오 레코더.
