Claims (6)
- 그의 한쪽 끝단이 고정단으로서 기부(基部) (1)에 고정되며, 다른쪽 끝단은 자유단을 구성하는 끝단마개(13)에 의하여 폐쇄되는 검출 파이프부(14)와, 상기 검출파이프부(14)내에 배열설치되며, 한쪽 끝단이 상기 끝단마개(13)에 고착되고 다른쪽 끝단은 자유단인 직사각형 막대형상의 내부 진동부재(12)와, 상기 내부진동부재(12)에 고착되며, 상기 내부진동부재(12)를 여진시켜 상기 검출파이프부(14)와 상기 끝단마개(13)및 상기 내부진동부재(12)로 구성되는 접힌 캔틸레버유니트(30)가 접힌 캔틸레버 진동모우드로 진동하도록 하는 가진(加振)수단(16), 및 상기 끝단마개(13)내에 고착되며, 접힌 캔틸레버유니트(30)의 진동의 변화를 검출하는 감지수단(10)으로 구성되는 진동식 레벨검출장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 감지수단(10)은, 상기 끝단마개(13)의 가속도를 감지하기 위한 가속도감지소자(10)를 포함하여 구성되는 진동식 레벨검출장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서. 상기 가진수단은, 상기 감지수단과, 상기 가진수단(16)에 증폭신호를 공급하기 위하여 상기 감지수단(10)으로 부터의 검출신호를 증폭하는 증폭회로(17)로 구성되는 자려(自勵)회로를 포함하여 구성되는 진동식 레벨검출장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 감지수단은 출력단자가 검출회로(18)의 입력 단자에 접속되며, 상기 검출회로(18)의 출력을 비교하고, 상기 검출회로(18)의 출력이 미리 정해진 기준신호 보다 작을 때, 검출신호를 출력하는 비교기를 더욱 포함하여 구성되는 진동식 레벨검출장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 가진수단(16)은, 상기 내부진동부재(12)를 진동시키기 위한 압전진동소자인 진동식 레벨검출장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 기부(1)상에 마련되며, 상기 검출파이프(140)의 축방향에 직각으로 설치되는 박막면(20a)을 가지는 박막판 유니트(20)를 더욱 포함하여 구성되는 진동식 레벨검출장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
