Claims (9)

  1. 회전자(12),받침플레이트(20)에 각각 내마모성 재료(22)를 부착한 내, 외부 브레이크 패드(14)(16)및, 상기 내, 외부 브레이크 패드의 외측에 각각 위치된 내, 외부 다리부(24)(26)와 상기 회전자의 외측면 일부분을 가로질러 연장된 일체형 연결부(32)를 갖춘 캘리퍼(18)을 포함하고, 적어도 상기 다리부중의 어느하나의 내부에 피스톤(28)이 활주 가능토록 장착되며, 상기 피스톤이 유압 작동하에 이동되어 브레이크 패드를 측방향으로 이동 시켜 상기 회전자와 마찰결합 시키도록 된 디스크 브레이크용 방진스프링에 있어서, 상기 캘리퍼의 연결부에 형성된 구멍(58)내에 탄력적으로 결합 가능하고, 측방향에 수직한 세로방향으로 서로 평행한 상태로 연장되며, 측방향으로 서로 떨어져 위치되어 그사이에 세로 방향으로 연장하는 긴구멍(46)을 형성하고, "M"형으로 절곡된 2개의 아암부재(42)(44)를 갖춘 고정결합부(36);상기 아암부재의 일단부(48)에서 연장결합되어 긴구멍의 일단부를 폐쇄시키는 제1다리부(38);및 상기 아암부재의 타단부(50)에서 연장 결합되어 상기 긴구멍의 타단부를 폐쇄시키고, 브레이크 패드의 어느하나에 갖춰진 받침 프레이트와 맞닿도록 측방향으로 일정길이 연장된 제1평편부(56)를 갖추어 디스크 브레이크에 대하여 접선성분 및 방사성분을 갖춘 힘을 작용시키는 제2다리부(40)를 포함하고, 금속판으로된 단이부재(one piece)로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크용 방진스프링.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제1평편부(74)는 서로 대향된 방향으로 연장되고, 각각 동일한 사전에 결정된 길이를 갖는 2개의 평탄부(78)(78')를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크용 방진스프링.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,제1평편부(128)는 고정결합부(126)의 일측으로부터 연장되고, 제2다리부(122)는 상기 제1평편부와는 반대방향으로 연장하는 제2평편부(124)를 갖추어 2개의 브레이크패드(14)(16)의 받침 플레이트(20)에 동시에 결합됨을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크용 방진스프링.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 제2다리부(40)는 " U "형으로 절곡되고, 상기 "U"형의 일측 모서리 (52)는 고정결합부(36)에 연결되며, 상기 "U"형의 타측(자유) 모서리(54)는 제1다리부(38)를 향해 위치됨을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크용 방진스프링.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 제2다리부(104)는 아암부재(110)(112)의 사이와, 고정결합부(114)의 긴구멍(108)을 통해 절곡 돌출된 연장부(106)를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크용 방진스프링.
  6. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 제2다리부(84)는 평편하고, 고정결합부(82)로부터 연장형성됨을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크용 방진스프링.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느한 항에 있어서, 제1다리부(38)(94)는 평편하고, 고정결합부(36)(82)로부터 연장형성됨을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크용 방진스프링.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 고정결합부의 아암부재가 서로 다른 길이를 갖춤을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크용 방진스프링.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한항에 청구된 방진스프링을 포함하는 디스크 브레이크.
