Claims (9)
- 피콜린산을 유일한 탄소-, 질소- 및 에너지원으로하여 생장하는 슈도모나스(Pseudomonas), 바실루스(Bacillus), 알칼리게네스(Alcaligenes), 아애로코커스(Aerococcus) 또는 로도토루라(Rhodotorula)속의 미생물을 사용하여 피콜린산 및/또는 그의 염을 히드록시화시키고, 이때 피콜린산 및/또는 그의 염의 농도를 6-히드고시피콜린산이 더 이상 대사되지 않게 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 6-히드록시피콜린산을 제조하는 미생물학적 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, DSM에 수탁번호 6269로 기탁된 알칼리게네스 파애칼리스(Alcaligenes faecalis)또는 그의 후대 및 변종을 사용하여 히드록시화를 실행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방버.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 피콜린산 및/또는 그의 염의 농도가 10중량%를 넘지 않게 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 10내지 60℃의 온도 및 pH 4내지 10에서 히드록시화를 실행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- DSM에 수탁번호 6269로 기탁된 미생물 알칼리게네스 파애칼리스(Alcaligenes faecalis)와 그의 후대 및 변종.
- a) 피콜린산- 및/또는 그의 가용성 염을 이용하는 바이오매스를, 무기산에 대한 피콜린산 및/또는 그의 가용성 염의 몰비율이 1내지 8이고, 생장 단계 동안 이 배율로 유지되는 피콜린산 및/또는 가용성 염 및 무기산으 사용하여 배양하고, 또 b) 상기 바이오매스를 사용하여 피콜린산 및/또는 그의 가용성 염을 히드록시화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 6-히드록시피콜린산을 제조하기 위한 미생물학적 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, a) 단계에서,무기산에 대한 피콜린산 및/또는 그의 가용성 염의 몰비율을, 폐기 가스중 이산화 탄소에 대한 산소 비율의 측정 및/또는 pH값을 측정하는 동안에 조정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, a) 단계에서 무기산인 황산을, 황산에 대한 피콜린산 및/또는 그의 가용성 염의 몰비율 3 내지 5로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, a) 단계에서의 배양 및 b) 단계에서의 히드록시화를 15 내지 50℃의 온도 및 pH 5 내지 9에서 실행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
