Claims (10)

  1. 염화비닐 중합체를 주성분으로한 내충격성 조성물에 있어서, 이들이 염화비닐 중합체로, (a)2-10중량%의 가벼운 교차결합의 폴리부틸 아크릴레이트를 함유하는 가벼운 교차결합의 폴리부틸 아크릴레이트와 염화비닐과의 40-60부의 그래프트 공중합체, (b)약 0.05과 1.101/g사이의 m-키실렌에서 20℃하에 측정된,고유 점성도를 갖는 0.5-7중량%의 에틸렌/비닐 아세테이트 공중합체를 함유하는 에틸렌/비닐 아세테이트 공중합체와 염화 비닐과의 10-50부의 그래프트 공중합체, (c)염화 비닐 중합체의 전체 100중량부당 10-50부의 비변성 염화 비닐 중합체와 보강 충전제로 : (d)염화비닐 중합체, 100중량부단 1um 이하의 평균직경을 갖는 지방산-피복입자인 4-10부의 탄산칼슘으로 이루어짐을 특징으로하는 내충격성 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 염화비닐 중합체(a)가 4-8중량%의 에틸렌/비닐아세테이트 중합합체를 함유함을 특징으로하는 내충격성 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 염화비닐 중합체(b)가 1.5-5중량%의 에틸렌/비닐 아세테이트 공중합체를 함유함을 특징으로하느 내충격성 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 염화비닐중합체(c)가 염화비닐 동종중합체로 구성됨을 특징으로하는 내충격성 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 염화비닐 중합체로, (a)염화비닐과 가벼운 교차결합 폴리부틸 아크릴레이트의 45-55부의 그래프트 공중합체, (b)염화 비닐과 에틸렌/비닐 아세테이트 공중합체의 20-40부의 그래프트 공중합체, (c)염화비닐 중합체의 전체, 100중량부당 20-40부의 비변성 염화비닐, 보강충전제로, (d)염화비닐 중합체, 100중량부당 5-8부의 탄산칼슘으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 내충격성 조성물.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가벼운 교차결합의 폴리부틸 아크릴레이트 함량과 에틸렌/비닐 아세테이트 공중합체 함향의 총합이 염화비닐중합체, 100중량부당 6부 이하임을 특징으로하는 내충격성 조성물.
  7. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가벼운 교차경합의 폴리부틸아크릴레이트 함량과 에틸렌/비닐 아세테이트 공중합체 함량의 총합이 염화비닐 중합체, 100중량부당 2부 이상임을 특징으로하는 내충격성 조성물.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가벼운 교차결합의 폴리부틸 아크릴레이트 함량이 2부 이하이고, 에틸렌/비닐 아세테이트 공중합체 함량이 0.25부이고, 가벼운 교차결합이 폴리부틸 아크릴레이트 함량과 에틸렌/비닐 아세테이트 공중합체 함량의 총합이 염화비닐 중합체의 전체, 100중량부당 4.5중량부를 초과하지 않음을 특징으로하는 내충격성 조성물.
  9. 형상 압출을 위한 제1항 내지 제8항에 따른 조성물의 용도.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 옥외용 프레임의 형상을 압출하기 위한 용도.
