Claims (16)

  1. -대체로 원통형의 분말운반용기와, -분말용기내에 있는 분말을 이용기로 부터 하부로 배출하며 그리고 분말-공기류로서 압축공기-주입기를 거쳐서 분말코팅기에 공급하고 있는 분말도관과 그리고-분말이 분말도관으로 들어가기 바로전에 분말의 풀어짐을 위한 유동화공기-공급도관으로 되어있으며, 분말-공기류를 가지고 정전기방식의 분말코팅장치에 공급하기 위한 장치에 있어서, -분말용기(10)보다도 현저하게 더작은 최대직경을 가지는, 상부가 개방된 하나의 유동화바켓트(15)와, -바켓트 외피로 부터 바켓트 저면의 중심점쪽으로 원추형으로 좁아지며 그리고 거기서 바켓트 저면으로 부텨 나가고 있는 분말도관(18)과 연결되어 있으며, 여기서 유동화 공기-공급도관(19)은 유동화흡퍼(17)와 바켓트벽사이의 공간에로 유입하고 있으며 유동화바켓트(15)내에 배열되고, 흡퍼형상으로 된 유동화저면(17)과, -분말용기(10)의 내부공간과 유동화 바켓트(15)를 서로 연결하며, 분말용기(10)로 부터 유동화바켓트(15)에로 원추형으로 좁아지고 있는 분말흡퍼(11)와, 그리고 유동화흡퍼(15)위에 배열된 분말유량제어기(16)를 특징으로 하는 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 분말흡퍼(11)는 분말용기(10)의 일체의 구성부품인것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 유동화바켓트(15)는 조임-삽입-또는 나사결합에 의하여 쉽게 분리할 수 있게 분말흡퍼(11)의 배출부 가장자리(11b)에 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 분말흡퍼(11)는 조임-삽입-또는 나사결합에 의하여 쉽게 분리할 수 있게 분말용기(10)의 개구가장자리에 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 유동화바켓트(15)는 분말흡퍼(11)과 일체로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 유동화 바켓트(15)는 쉽게 분리할 수 있으며 서로 결합할 수 있는 2개의 부품들(15a,15b)로 부터 되어 있으며, 여기서 하나의 부품은 하나의 실린더링(15a)이며 분말-유량제어기(16)를 포함하며, 이에 반하여 다른 부품은 유동화흡퍼(17)를 포함하고 있는 실린더바켓트(15b)인것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항의 어느 항에 있어서, 분말-유량제어기조절기(16)는 그의 한 단부위치에 하나의 흐름의 차단기가 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 분말-유량제어기는 하나의 스라이더인것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 유량제어스라이더(16)는 다수의 개별스라이더들로 되어 있으며 이 개별스라이더들은 그들 사이에 미로 형상의 분말 흐름통로를 자유롭게해주는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 개별스라이더의 적어도 일부분은 분말의 흐름방향에서의 경사를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  11. 제1항 내지 제7항중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 분말-유량제어기(16)는 다수의 원반으로 되어 있으며 이원반들은 원반직경의 방향
    또는 이에 수직인 방향으로 서로 이동할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  12. 제1항 내지 제7항중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 분말-유량제어기(16)는 하나의 중앙 조리개의 형상으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  13. 제1항 내지 제12항중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 분말-유량제어기(16)는 유동화흡퍼(17)사이의 공간으로부터 배기도관(41)이 시작하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  14. 제1항 내지제13항중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 분말 유량제어기(16)는 프로그램제어장치를 거쳐서 모우터구동에 의해, 공압적으로 또는 유압적으로 작동할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  15. 제1항 내지 제14항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분말-유량제어기(16) 및/또는 유동화흡퍼(17) 및/또는 분말용기(10)가 요동진동기(80)에 연결되어 있는것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  16. 제1항 내지 제15항중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 분말-유량제어기(16)는 분말스크린으로서 형성되어 있거나 또는 분말스크린(80)을 갖는것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
