Abstract

The invention employs a hopper with intermediate cylindrical band for connection between the upper stationary part (2) and the underlying one (3) held by the former by means of suspension pivots (4). The mobile part is equipped with an electrical vibrator (5) and the driving organs are foreseen centrally grouped and covered with a conical plate (6) fitted with nozzles (7) of insufflation through which air jets get out fluidifying the product at the silo base in order to further its descent through a circular crown opening (11) foreseen between the plate border and the hopper body, towards the discharge mouth.

Description

  • The invention consists in having coupled the vibration and fluidization in only one mechanical equipment. This equipment, is positioned in the lowest end of the silos or tank hoppers wherein the hydroscopic and hardly sliding products are stored. This configuration, along with the other machines described in the patent application allows to keep the product conditioned in a container both in the lower as in the upper part. The special mechanical system allows a contemporary extraction of the product with the maintaining of conditions apt for stocking particularly hydroscopic materials. The conditioning gas, in fact, properly treated in advance getting into contact with the stored product, modifies its humidity according to the balance curve of the same product.
  • Regarding the previous equipment, the Patent CH-A-447033 concerns a vibrating discharging equipment which is structured with two unloading hoppers, namely a conical and a cylindrical, while the hopper described in this application is conical only. The Patent AT-B-284008 concerns a fluidized extractor in which the object of the claims concerns a device which emits sound waves and which would modulize the inflow speed of the gas with tone frequency within a given field. The present invention forsees the blowing in of the gas conditioned from below, which while penetrating into the product causes the modification of physical features (humidity, smoothness, specific weight, and so on), facilitating discharging and contemporarily improving its preservability.
  • The invention uses a hopper in a truncated cone shape with intermediate cylindrical band essentially consisting of an upper part integral with the silo base and holding four suspension pivots for the underlying part fitted with electrical vibrator apt to allow a shaking action to further the product descent.
  • The mobile part is forseen with the driving organs grouped in a central position and protected by a conical roof-like plate determining an opening, with the hopper wall, in the shape of a circular crown for the product discharge. In order to overcome the cohesion effect, previously conditioned air is foreseen, with a continuous employ, exiting in jets from the plate nozzles, thus giving rise to a dynamism performing the product fluidification at the silo base with furthers the discharge.
  • A non limiting version is illustrated by the drawings of table 1 where Fig. 1 is the view of the discharge compartment, one half of which is seen in section to show the plate covering the insuffling device. Fig. 2 is the simplified scheme to illustrate the whole assembly.
  • A hopper in a truncated cone shape is provided with stationary upper part 2 and an underlying mobile part 3 attached thereto by means of four suspension pivots 4, this part 3 is fitted with an electrical vibrator 5 to facilitate the discharge and it employs an extracting conical part 6 in the upper central position. This part 3 is characterized by insufflation nozzles 7 which fluidize the product and facilitate its sinking wherein for the air circulation, a side fan 8 takes air from outside and forces it through a duct 9 supported on the mobile part 3 through a sieve 10 to exit in jets from its nozzles 7 so stirring and fluidizing the product contained in a cone in the upper part 2 so that its discharge is possible through an opening 11 to its hopper mobile part 3. The insufflation air is taken through a conduit 12 and into a pipe 13 which discharge through a vertical duct 14 on the silo cover wherein its air is drawn from outside through a dehumidizing device 15 which by means of internal temperature controller, conditions the silo; the air passing through an assembly which employs lithium salts absorbing elements in solid state, that operate with self-regenerating effect together with its air heated by means of electrical resistance controlled by a humidity-static device 16, subsequently air passing through water cooling batteries 17 with a thermostat 18 which insufflates the air at controlled temperature and humidity. An automatic filter device 19 is provided on the silo consisting of a cylindrical part in carbon steel and containing filtering hoses 20 of polyester tissue which depurate the air mixture sent by its blower before reaching the product, the filtering device in addition having a head fitted with washing valves controlled by a cyclic 21 which alternately determines the opening and closing. A ventilator 22 is provided for drawing air into the filtering hoses through its washing valve, the filter being fitted with a side sucking fan 23 which conveys the remaining air to its outside, wherein through a deviating valve 24, the air drawn through its filter 19 is sent through a duct 25 to the fan 8.
