Claims (4)

1. Extraktor mit fluidisierter Platte fuer hygroskopische Materialen, mit Ladetrichter in Form eines Kegelstumpfes, mit einem oberen festen Teil (2), einer zylindrischen Mittelleiste und einem beweglichen Teil (3), welcher mittels vierer Aufhaengungsstiften (4) angebracht ist, wobei dieser bewegliche Teil (3) mit einem Elektroruettler (5) versehen ist, um das Entladen des Produktes su erleichtern, mit Einlassduesen (7), die das Produkt fluessiger werden lassen, um somit dessen Entladen zu ermoeglichen, wobei ein seitlicher Luefter (8) zum Luftumlauf die aeussere Luft hereinsaugt und sie mittels einer am beweglichen Teil (3) angebrachten Leitung (9) durch einen Sieb und in Luftstrahlen durch die Duesen (7) hinauswirft, wodurch das im oberen Kegel enthaltene Produkt fluessiger wird und durch eine Oeffnung (11) in den beweglichen Teil des Ladetrichters entladen werden kann.

Extraktor gemaess Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die hereingezogene Luft durch eine Leitung (12) und ein Rohr (13) eingenommen wird, das sie durch eien senkrechte, am Silosdeckel befindliche Leitung (14) entladet, worin die aeussere Luft durch eien Entfeuchtvorrichtung (15) hereingezogen wird, die mittels eines Kontrollgeraetes die innere Silostemperatur regelt; obige Luft laeuft durch eine feste Lithiumelemente verwendendes Aggregat, welche Elemente mit selbstrueckgewinnender Wirkung arbeiten und zwar samt der von elektrischen Widerstaenden erwaermten Luft, die zur Kontrolle der Feuchtigkeit von einer dazu vorgesehenen Vorrichtung (16) gesteuert sind, worauf die Luft in mit Thermostat (18) versehenen Kuehlwasserbatterien (17) laeuft und somit mit kontrollierten Temperatur une Feuchtigkeit einfloesst.

Extraktor gemaess Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine selbsttaetige Filtervorrichtung (19) im Silo vorgesehen ist, die aus einem Kohlenstahlzylinderteil besteht, worin biegsame Polyesterfilterroehre (20) zur Reinigung der Luftmischung enthalten sind, welche vom Blaeser entsandt wird, bevor sie das Erzeugnis erreicht, wobei die Filtervorrichtung mit einem mit Waschventilen ausgestattetem Kopf dazu versehen ist und von einer zyklischen Vorrichtung (21) gesteuert wird, was deren Einlauf, Oeffnen und Zuschliessen alternativ bestimmt.

Extraktor gemaess Anspruch 3 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Luefter (22) vorgesehen ist, der durch seine Waschventile Luft in die Filterroehre einfloesst, wobei der Filter mit einem seitlichen Saugluefter (23) versehen ist, der die restliche Luft hinauswirft, indem die durch den Filter hereinstretende Luft mittels einer Leitung (25) durch ein Abweichventii (24) zum Luefter (8) zugesandt wird.
