Claims (12)

  1. 한개 이상의 금속 쉬트 및 여기에 직접 적층된 한개 이상의 합성 수지 조성물 층으로 이루어지고, 이 합성 수지 조성물이 한개 이상의 산소, 질소 또는 황 원자에 결합된 글리시딜기 두개 이상을 함유하는 한개 이상의 다가 에폭시 화합물 2내지 40중량%및 10μ당량/g 이상의 히드록시기 함량을 가지며 하기 일반식(I)의 구조 반복 단위체를 함유하는 한개 이상의 히드록시 - 말단 폴리에테르 술폰 98 내지 60중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층물 :
    상기식에서, Ar은 일반식
    의 2가 라디칼이며; 일반식(I) 또는 (IIa)내지 (IIh)의 구조 단위체의 방향족 고리가 비치환 또는 한개 이상의 C1- C6알칼기, C1- C6알콕시기 또는 할로겐 원자에 의해 치환된다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에테르 술폰/에폭시 수지 조성물이 다가 에폭시 화합물 4내지 20중량%, 바람직하게는 5내지 15중량%, 및 폴리에테르 술폰 96내지 80중량%, 바람직하게는 95내지 80중량%를 포함하는 적층물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, Ar이 일반식(IIa), (IIb), (IIc) 또는 (IIg)의 라디칼인 적층물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, Ar이 일반식(IIg)의 라디칼인 적층물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 구조 단위체(I) 및 (IIa)내지 (IIh)의 방향족 고리가 치환되지 않은 적층물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 에폭시 수지가 비스패놀 A디글리시딜 에테르, 비스페놀 F 디글리시딜 에테르, 비스페놀 S 디글리시딜 에테르, 레조르시놀 디글리시딜, 에테르, N, N, O - 트리글리시딜 - p - 아마노페놀, N, N, O - 트리글리시딜 - m - 아미노페놀, 트리글리시딜이소시아누레이트, 테트라글리시딜 - 4,4' - 디아미노디페닐메탄 및 테트라(p - 글리시딜옥시페닐)에탄으로부터 선정되는 적층물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 에폭시 수지가 비스페놀 A디글리시딜 에테르, 비스페놀 F 디글리시딜 에테르, 트리글리시딜 이소시아누레이트 및 N, N, N', N' - 테트라글리시딜디아미노디페닐메탄으로부터 선정되는 적층물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 에폭시 수지가 o, o' - 디알릴비스페놀 A 디글리시딜 에테르인 적층물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 금속 쉬트가 구리 쉬트인 적층물.
  10. 유기 용매에 용해시킨 제1항에 따른 폴리에테르 술폰/에폭시 수지 조성물을 금속 쉬트에 적층시키고 상기 조성물을 100 내지 300℃에서, 임의적으로는 IR선에 노출시킴으로써 건조시키는 것을 포함하는, 제1항에 따른 적층물의 제조방법.
  11. 180 내지 300℃에서 가압하에, 제1항에 따른 폴리에테르 술폰/에폭시 수지 조성물로 피복된 금속 쉬트를 피복되지 않은 금속 쉬트, 또는 제1항에 따른 폴리에테르 술폰/에폭시 수지 조성물로 피복된 한개 이상의 금속 쉬트와 함께 압축시키는 것을 포함하는, 적층물의 제조방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 180 내지 300℃에서 가압하에, 제1항에 따른 폴리에테르 술폰/에폭시 수지 조성물로 한쪽면이 피복된 2개의 금속 쉬티를 피복된 면이 인접하도록 하여 압축하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
