Claims (9)

  1. 첨가제의 크기가 연마입자와 비슷하고 경도는 연마입자 보다 낮음을 특징으로 하는 표면물질, 미세한 입자의 완성제를 갖는 접합제, 연마입자 및 접합제에 사용되는 다른 첨가제로 구성되는 받침 위의 연마제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연마입자는 산화알루미늄과 산화지르콘의 결합으로 이루어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 연마제.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연마입자는 복합결정의 산화알루미늄으로 구성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 연마제.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 연마 입자는 독자적으로, 혹은 다른 물질과 혼합하여 사용하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 연마제.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 첨가제의 적어도 한 부분이 중간크기 연마입자 직경의 50 내지 150%, 바람직하기는 80 내지 120%를 차지하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 연마제.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 연마제 입자 크기의 첨가제 양이 연마입자와 첨가제 전체 양의 5 내지 80%, 바람직하기는 20 내지 80% 정도를 차지하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 연마제.
  7. 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 연마입자 크기의 첨가제로서 연마제 내의 모든 보조제가 독자적으로, 또는 혼합되어 사용되는 것과 연마 과정에서 이 재료가 미세하게 연마되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연마제.
  8. 청구범위 제1항 부터 제7항까지에 의해 첨가제의 연마입자가 한꺼번에, 또는 서로 다른 단계에 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연마제 제조방법.
  9. 청구범위 제1항 부터 제8항까지에 따른 상기 연마제를 기성품의 연마공구에 사용하는 연마방법.
