Claims (7)
- 금속밴드를 저장보빈으로 부터 끌어내어 점진적으로 슬릿 파이프로 성형하고, 이러한 슬릿 파이프를 레이저 광선으로 용접시키는 방법에 있어서, 그 세로 연단이 모나게 잘리고, 기름이 칠하여진 금속밴드를 슬릿 파이프로 성형하고, 적어도 서로 대향하여 있는 밴드 연단영역을 용접전에 밴드표면에 붙어있는 지방이 증발될 수 있는 온도로 가열시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 시임용접된 금속파이프를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 밴드연단영역은 용접에 이용되는 레이저 광선에 의하여 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시임용접된 금속파이프를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 레이저 광선은 접합경로에 따라 안내되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시임용접된 금속파이프를 제조하는 방법.
- 금속밴드를 저장보빈으로 부터 끌어내어 점진적으로 슬릿 파이프로 성형하고, 이러한 슬릿 파이프를 전호에 의하여 용접시키는 방법에 금속밴드를 그 연단영역 내에서, 용접점 앞에 배치되어 있는 레이저에 의하여 금속밴드표면에 붙어있는 지방잔사를 증발시키는 온도까지 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시임용접된 금속파이프를 제조하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 고체레이저를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시임용접된 금속파이프를 제조하는 방법.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 레이저가 완전히 초점이 맞추어지지 아니하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시임용접된 금속파이프를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 특수강으로 구성된 밴드에서 벽두께에 대한 직경의 비가 1:15이하인 슬릿 파이프를 제조하고, 특수강 밴드를 슬릿 파이프로 성형하기 전에 또는 성형수단을 기름으로 칠하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시임용접된 금속파이프를 제조하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
