Claims (6)

  1. 롤사이에서 금속의 연속적인 주조성형장치의 주조성형공간의 단부를 밀폐하기 위한 측면댐과 상기 측면댐이 내화물질로 이루어져 주조성형금속과 접촉하는 접촉부를 포함하는 주조성형 장치에 있어서, 상기 내화물질이 섬유구조를 가지고 있는 것과 무게비율이 각각 70%∼98%의 알루미나와 30%∼2%의 지르코니아로 구성됨으로 특징으로 하는 연속주조 성형장치의 측면댐.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내화물질내에 지르코니아를 기본으로 하는 겔을 흡수시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 연속주조 성형장치의 측면댐.
  3. 롤사이에서 금속의 연속적인 주조성형장치의 주조성형공간의 단부를 밀폐하기 위한 측면댐과 상기 측면댐이 두개의 겹쳐진 층으로 이루어져 주조성형금속과 접촉하는 접촉부를 포함하는 주조성형 장치에 있어서, 상기 두개의 겹쳐진 층중에서 주조 성형금속과 접촉하도록 되어 있는 제1층이 높은 열절연성을 가지는 섬유내화물질에 의해서 형성되고, 상기 내와부의 강도와 경도를 유지해주는 제2층이 저 열팽창성을 가지는 컴팩트한 내화물질로 이루어져 있음을 특징으로 하는 연속주조 성형장치의 측면댐.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 섬유내화물질이 70∼98%의 알루미나와 30∼2%의 실리카로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 연속주조 성형장치의 측면댐.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 컴팩트한 내화물질이 용융 유리질실리카로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 연속주조 성형장치의 측면댐.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 컴팩트한 내화물질이 알루미늄 함유 실리코 콘크리트로 되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 연속주조 성형장치의 측면댐.
