Claims (6)

  1. 촉매 금속 및 캐리어물질을 함유하는 수소화반응 촉매의 제조방법으로서, 이 방법은 과량의 알칼리성 침전제와 함께 촉매 금속의 염용액으로 부터 촉매 금속의 불용성화합물을 침전시키는 공정과, 그 다음 캐리어 물질의 가용성 원을 첨가하는 공정, 현탁형태에서 침전물을 숙성시키는 공정, 그리고 수집, 건조 및 침전물을 환원시키는 공정을 포함하며, 알칼리성 침전제는 알칼리금속 수산화물과 알칼리금속 탄산염의 몰비가 1:3-3:1이 되는 혼합물로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로하는 수산화반응 촉매의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 촉매 금속은 원자수 26-30을 갖는 전이 금속으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 촉매 금속은 니켈 및 코발트로 부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 캐리어물질은 알루미나 및 실리카로 부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 알칼리성 침전제의 몰초과량은 50-159%인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 알칼리성 침전제는 수산화나트륨과 탄산나트륨의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
