제1도는 본 발명의 실시예에 관한 가속도센서의 단면도, 제2도는 전극 및 전기저항체의 사시도, 제3도는 결락(缺落)된 전극을 표시하는 사시도이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 도전재로로된 통체(12)와, 그 통체(12)의 내부에 통체에 긴쪽 방향으로 이동자재하게 장입된 대자관성체와, 그 대자관성체의 적어도 그 통체(12)의 긴쪽 방향의 일측단측의 단면에 설치된 도전체와, 그 통체의 긴쪽 방향의 일단측으로 배치되어 있고, 대자관성체의 그 도전체가 접촉함에 의하여 그 도전체를 개재하여 도통되는 한쌍의 전극(40),(42)과 , 그 통체의 긴쪽 방향의 타단측으로 배치되어 있고, 그 대자성체와 자기적으로 서로 흡입하여 합쳐지는 자성재료로된 흡인체(30)와를 구비하고, 그 전극은 리이드선 접촉용단자(50),(52)에 연결되는 기단부와, 전기한 대자관성체의 도전체가 접촉하는 선단부동을 보유하고 있는 가속도센서에 있어서, 그 전극(40),(42)에는 기단부에서 깊게 절단된 선단부에 향해서 인재하는 형사인 슬릿(40a),(42a)이 설치되고, 그 슬릿(40a),(42a)을 사이에 두고, 한쪽 절반측이 전기한 리이드선 접속용 단자(50),(52)에 연결되어 있고, 그 전극의 슬릿을 끼우는 다른쪽 절반측끼리의 사이에 전기저항체(54)가 가설되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가속도센서.
