가속도센서의 제작방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는, 본 발명의 실시예에 관한 방법에 의하여 제작된 가속센서의 단면도이다.
제2도는, 자화시키는 방법을 설명하는 측면도이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 도전성 재료로 만들어지는 부싱(12)과, 그 부싱(12)의 내부에서 부싱의 길이 방향으로 자유롭게 움직일 수 있도록 넣어진 대자 관성체(14)와, 그 대자관성체의 몸체의 길이방향으로의 한쪽 끝면에 부착된 도전체와, 부싱의 길이방향의 한쪽 끝쪽에 배치되어 있고, 대자관성체의 도전체가 접촉함으로서 그 도전체를 개재하여 통전되는 한쌍의 전극(40), (42)과, 그 부싱의 길이방향의 다른 끝쪽에 배치되어 있고, 그 대자관성체와 자력으로 서로 흡인하는, 자성이 있는 재료로 만들어지는 흡인체(30)등을 구비한 가속도 센서를 제작하는 방법에 있어서, 자화시켜 대자관성체로 하기 전의 관성체(16)을 넣어서 가속도센서를 조립하고, 그 다음에 이 조립체(58)에 자계를 인가하여 관성체(16)를 자화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 가속도센서의 제작방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 관성체(16)를 자화시킨 후 가속도센서의 특성을 측정하여 이 측정결과에 따라서 관성체(16)의 자화정도를 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가속도센서의 제작방법.
