Claims (13)

  1. 내화 조성물로 된 가스유통체 내에 망상체를 매설하고 이 망상체를 소각 또는 용융 제거하여 가스통로를 형성하는 가스 유통체 제조 방법에 있어서 다수의 망상체가 서로 접촉하도록 가스 유통체내에 매설됨을 특징으로 하는 가스유통체 제조방법.
  2. 청구범위 1항에서, 망상체들이 가스유통체의 가스 주입면으로부터 가스 배출면까지 이어 지도록 매설됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 청구범위 1항 또는 2항에서, 망상체들이 동일한 두께, 즉 망사의 직경, 예를 들면 0.15 내지 0.3㎜의 두께를 갖고 있음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 전술한 청구범위 중의 한 항에서, 가스 유통체가 가스 유입면으로 부터 일정한 높이까지 이르도록 매설된 제2 망상체를 갖고 있음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 청구범위 4항에서, 제2 망상체의 두께가 망상체의 두께보다 더 큰 두께를 갖고 있음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 청구범위 4항 또는 5항에서,제2 망상체가 밴드에 의하여 망상체와 연결되었음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 청구범위 5항 또는 6항에서, 망상체가 제2 망상체의 상단에서 가스 배출면까지만 배치되었음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 전술한 청구범위 중의 한 항에서, 망상체가 마모 표시 구역의 일면에는 원형으로되고 타면에서는 각형을 갖도록 내화 조성물 내에 매설됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 청구범위 1항 내지 8항에 의하여 제조되는 상호 연통되는 다수의 가스 통로를 갖는 가스 유통체에 있어서, 상호 연통된 가스통로(3')가 다수의 층상으로 형성되었음을 특징으로 하는 가스 유통체.
  10. 청구범위 9항에서, 가스통로(3')가 인접층의 가스 통로와 서로 연통됨을 특징으로 하는 가스 유통체.
  11. 전술한 청구범위 중의 한 항에서, 제2가스 통로(7')가 가스 주입면(4)으로부터 마모 표시구역(6)까지 이어지게 형성되었음을 특징으로 하는 가스 유통체.
  12. 청구범위 11항에서, 제2 가스통로(7')가 마모 표시 구역(6)에서 원륜상 통로(8')에 의하여 가스통로(3')와 연통됨을 특징으로 하는 가스 유통체.
  13. 전술한 청구범위 중의 한 항에서, 상호 연통된 가스통로(3')(7')가 가스 주입면(4)에서 마모 표시구역(6)까지는 각형 단면을 나타내고 마모표시구역(6)에서 부터 가스 배출면 까지는 원형 단면을 나타내도록 되었음을 특징으로 하는 가스 유통체.
