Claims (8)
- 내관과 외관이 그 한부분에서 서로 접촉 되거나 용접되고, 돌조의 적어도 한 스트립이 상기 내관의 외면과 상기 외관의 내면의 적어도 하나에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 내외관을 포함하는 금속이중관.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서 그내에 상기 돌조는 관들이 접촉되거나 용접된 반부에 대향하는 이중관의 반부에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속이중관.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서 그 내에 내열충전재가 상기 내관과 상기 외관간의 캡의 적어도 한 부분에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속이중관.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서 그내에 상기 돌조의 높이가 약 0.1-0.5㎜인것을 특징으로 하는 금속이중관.
- 중간층에 더좁은 스페이서재와 더 넓은 내열충저재로 구성되고, 상기 스페이서재는 약 0.2-0.5㎜의 두께를 갖고 관의 길이방향으로 연장되는 스트립 형태로 되고, 상기 내열충전재는 내외관간에 충전되는 재질로 구성되고 약 0.1-0.5㎜의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 내관, 외관, 상기 내외관 간에 삽입된 중간층을 구성하는 금속이중관.
- 특허청구의 범위 제5항에 있어서 그내에 상기 내열충전재는 상기 내관을 완전히 둘러쌓는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속이중관.
- 특허청구의 범위 제6항에 있어서 그내에 상기 내열재는 유리섬유, 석면 또는 세라믹 파이버로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 재료인것을 특징으로 하는 금속이중관.
- 특허청구 범위 제1항, 제2항, 제3항, 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 자동차의 배기관으로서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속이중관.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
