제2도는 제1도의 선2-2를 따라 취한 환상가연성 흡수체봉의 단면도.
Claims (9)
- 동심으로 배열되어 환상공간(106)을 제공하는 제1 및 제2관(102,104)을 포함하는 환상가연성 흡수체봉에 있어서, 가연성 흡수체물질(112)을 갖는 지지관(110)이 환상공간(106)내에 밀봉되어 배열된 것을 특징으로 하는 환상가연성 흡수체 봉.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가연성 흡수체물질(112)은 지지관(110)의 표면상에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 환상가연성 흡수체 봉.
- 제1항에 또는 제2항에 있어서, 가연성 흡수체 물질(112)은 보론함유 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 환상가연성 흡수체 봉.
- 제3항에 있어서, 가연성 흡수체물질(112)은 지르코늄 디보라이드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 환상가연성 흡수체 봉.
- 제1항에서 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 지지관(110)은 니오븀으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 환상가연성 흡수체 봉.
- 제1항에서 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2관(102,104)은 지르코늄으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 환상가연성 흡수체 봉.
- 제1항에서 제6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 가연성 흡수체 물질은 0.05-0.03mm의 두께를 갖는 층으로 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 환상가연성 흡수체 봉.
- 제1항에서 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 지르코늄 디보라이드는 화학적 증기 침적법에 의해 지지관상에 침적되는 것을 특징으로 하는 환상가연성 흡수체 봉.
