Claims (2)

  1. 전분 분해능과 알파 사이클로덱스트린의 선택적 생성능을 가진 신균주 클랩시엘라 옥시토카 No. 19-1(기탁번호 : KCCM 10002).
  2. 클랩시엘라속 미생물이 생성하는 효소를 이용하여 알파 사이클로덱스트린을 제조함에 있어서, 신균주 클랩시엘라 옥시토카 No. 19-1(기탁번호 : KCCM 10002)가 생산하는 사이클로텍스트린 형성효소를 이용하여 전분으로 부터 선택적으로 알파 사이클로덱스트린을 제조함을 특징으로 하는 알파 사이클로텍스트린의 제조방법.
