Claims (20)
- a)ⅰ)계면활성제, ⅱ)유리를 제조하는데 필요한 성분 한 개 이상, 및 ⅲ)가열시 가스를 생성시킬 수 있는 화합물을 혼합하여 용액 또는 분산액을 형성시키고; b)계면활성제 함유 용액 또는 분산액으로부터 미적을 형성시키며; c)미적을 가열하여 중공 유리구를 제조하고; 또 d)중공 유리구를 냉각 및 회수하는 단계를 포함하는, 중공 유리구를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용액 또는 분산액을 분무함으로써 미적을 형성시키는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 가열하기 전에 계면활성제 함유 용액 또는 분산액을 분무 건조시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 계면활성제가 비이온성 계면활성제인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 계면활성제가 플루오르화탄소 계면활성제인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 계면활성제 농도가 전체 용액 또는 분산액에 대해 약 0.05내지 5중량%인 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 계면활성제 농도가 전체 용액 또는 분산액에 대해 약 0.1 내지 3중량%인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유리를 제조하는데 필요한 상기 성분이 실리카 원, 한 개 이상의 금속 양이온, 및 붕소함유 화합물을 포함하는 방법.
