Abstract
PROCESSO PARA PREPARAR PARTÍCULAS DE VIDRO ESFÉRICAS OCAS, E, DISPOSITIVO DE AQUECIMENTO. Processo para preparar partículas de vidro esféricas ocas compreendendo pelo menos SiO2, Al2O3 e um óxido de metal alcalino, em que o processo compreende preparar partículas precursoras compreendendo pelo menos SiO2, Al2O3 e um óxido de metal alcalino misturando os materiais de partida, formar uma pasta dos materiais de partida com água seguido de secagem rápida e tratamento térmico das partículas precursoras obtidas a uma temperatura de 1000°C a 1800°C, preferivelmente de 1300°C a 1600°C por contato das partículas precursoras com pelo menos uma chama livre.
