Claims (6)

  1. (a) 열 휘발성 용매 중의 열 분해성 구리 함유 화합물의 불포화 용액을 형성하는 단계, (b) 불활성 담체 가스 중에 분산된 단계 (a)의 용액의 미분 액적을 주성분으로 하는 에어로졸을 형성하는 단계(여기서, 상기 액적의 농도는 액적들간의 충돌 및 이에 뒤따른 융합으로 인해 액적 농도가 10% 감소되는 농도 미만이다). (c)상기 에러로졸을 800℃ 이상이되 산화구리(I)의 분해 온도 미만의 작업 온도로 가열하는 단계(이 단계에서, 용매는 휘발되고, 구리 함유 화합물이 분해되어 산화구리(Ⅱ)(CaO)가 형성되며, 산화구리(Ⅱ)가 분해되어 산화구리(Ⅰ)(Cu2O)가 형성되고, 산화구리(I)이 조밀화된다). 및 (d) 담체 가스, 반응 부산물 및 용해 휘발 생성물로부터 거의 완전히 조밀한 구형 산화구리(I) 입자를 분리시키는 단계를 포함하는, 거의 완전히 조밀한 미분 구형 산화구리(I)(Cu2O) 입자의 제조 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 열 분해성 구리 함유 화합물이 질산구리인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 담체 가스가 질소인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 작업 온도가 1000~1400℃인 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 작업 온도가 1000~1235℃인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 열 휘발성 용매가 탈이온수인 방법.
