Claims (9)
- 적어도 약 1몰 당량의 염기 준재하에서 일반식Ⅱ:(식에서 W는 CF3, C1-C4알킬, C1-C4알콕시, CH, NO2또는 한개 내지 세개의 할로겐원자로 임의 치환된 페닐; α-또는 β-나프틸; 또는 CF3또는 한개 내지 세개의 할로겐 원자로 임의 치환된 2-, 3- 또는 4- 피리딜이다)를 갖는 옥심 화합물을, 일반식 Ⅲ:(식에서 Y는 수소 또는 W이고, X는 C1, Br 또는 I는 이다)을 갖는 β-할로-α, β-불포화 니트릴 화합물 및 이의 시스-및 트랜스-이성질체 적어도 약 1몰 당량과 반응시켜 4-치환-5-(트리플루오로메틸) 피롤-3-카보니트릴 화합물을 형성함으로 구성되는 일반식.(식에서 Y 및 W는 전술한 바와 같다)을 특징으로 하는 4-치환-5-(트리플루오로메틸) 피롤-3-카보니트릴 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, β-할로-α, β-불포화니트릴은 1내지 4몰당량의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 염기는 1 내지 4몰당량의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 염기는 알킬리 금속 C1-C6알콕시드, 알킬리금속 수소화물 및 알칼리금속 수산화물로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 용해는 에테르, 디옥산, 톨루엔, 테트라하이드로푸란 및 C1내지 C6알코올로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물의 온도는 -5℃ 내지 35℃인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, W는 CF3, C1내지 C4알킬, C1내지 C4알콕시, CN, NO2, 및 한개 내지 세개의 할로겐원자로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 치환체로 임의 치환된 페닐인 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, X는 C1인 방법.
