Claims (10)
- 하기 일반식의 퍼하이드록실록산 공중합체.〔H2SiO〕x〔HSiO3/2〕y상기식에서, 몰 분율 x 및 y는 총 1이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, X가 약 0.01 내지 약 0.1인 공중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알코올, 방향족 탄화수소, 알칸, 케톤, 에스테르, 사이클릭 디메틸폴리실록산 또는 글리콜에테르로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 용매에 용해된 공중합체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 공중합체의 중량을 기준으로, 백금이 약 5 내지 약 500ppm이 되는 양으로 백금 또는 로듐촉매를 추가로 함유하는 공중합체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 티탄, 지르코늄, 알루미늄, 탄탈, 바나듐, 니오븀, 붕소 및 인으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 원소를 함유하는 화합물(여기서, 화합물은 알콕시 또는 아실옥시로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 가수분해성 치환체를 함유하며, 세라믹 피복물이 개질 세라믹 산화물 0.1 내지 30중량%를 함유하는 양으로 존재한다)을 포함하는 개질 세라믹 산화물 전구체를 추가로 함유하는 공중합체 용액.
- 용매 및 하기 일반식의 퍼하이드로실록산 공중합체를 포함하는 용액을 사용하여 기판을 피복시키고, 용매를 증발시켜 기판상에 예비세라믹 피복물을 부착시킨 다음, 예비세라믹 피복물의 세라믹 피복물로의 전환을 촉진시키기 위해 예비세라믹 피복물을 충분한 온도에 노출시킴을 특징으로 하여 기판상에 세라믹 피복물을 형성시키는 방법.〔H2SiO〕x〔HSiO3/2〕y상기식에서, 몰 분율 x 및 y는 총 1이다.
- 제6항에 있어서, 용매가 알코올, 방향족 탄화수소, 알칸, 케톤, 에스테르 또는 글리콜 에테르로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되고, 공중합체를 약 0.1 내지 약 50중량%로 용해시키기에 충분한 양으로 존재하며, 예비세라믹 피복물을 약 20 내지 약 1000℃온도에 약 6시간 이하 동안 노출시킨후, 예비세라믹 피복물을 암모니아 및 아민으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 대기중에서 상기 온도에 노출시키는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 용액이 티탄, 지르코늄, 알루미늄, 탄탈, 바나듐, 니오븀, 붕소 및 인으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 원소를 함유하는 화합물(여기에서, 화합물은 알콕시 또는 아실옥시로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 가수분해성 치환체를 함유하며, 세라믹 피복물이 개질 세라믹 산화물 0.1 내지 30중량%를 함유하는 양으로 존재한다)을 포함하는 개질 세라믹 전구체를 추가로 함유하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 용액이 공중합체 중량을 기준으로, 백금이 약 5내지 약 500ppm이 되는 양으로 백금 또는 로듐 촉매를 추가로 함유하는 방법.
- 제8항 있어서, 용액이 공중합체의 중량을 기준으로, 백금이 약 5 내지 약 500ppm이 되는 양으로 백금 또는 로듐 촉매를 추가로 함유하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
