제2도는 2륜 차량에 사용하기 위해 설계된 본 발명에 따른 타이어의 단면도이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 타이어의 원주방향에 대하여 90°의 각도로 배치된 코오드들을 가지며 각 타이어 측벽에서 비이도 코어 둘레에 내측으로부터 외측으로 축방향으로 접혀지고 반경방향 외축 위치에 탄송중합체 물질의 충전제를 가지는 하나 또는 그 이상의 키커스 풀라이를 포함하는 키커스와, 그 카커스에 대해 크라운 방향으로 배치된 트레드 밴드와, 상기 키거스와 트레드 밴드 사이에 배치된 벨트 구조물을 가지는 레이디얼 타입의 타이어에 있어서, 반경방향에 대해 경사진 섬유 코오드들을 가진 적어도 하나의 보강폴라이(7)가 카커스 플라이의 축방향 외측 위치에 배치되고, 상기 보강플라이는, 상기 비이드 코어 둘레에 외측으로 부터 내측으로 축방향으로 접혀지고 상기 카커스 플라이의 절곡부와 상기 비이드 코어 사이에 배치되는 반경방향 내측 단부(7b)와, 타이어의 단면 높이(H)의 10％이하의 거리(d)만큼 벨트 구조물의 단부로부터 반경방향으로 떨어져 위치된 반경방향 외측 연부(7a)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이디얼 타이어.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 섬유 코오드들이 30°-60°범위의 각도로 경사진 것을 특징으로 하는 레이디얼 타이어.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 섬유 코오드들이 약 45°각도로 경사진 것을 특징으로 하는 레이디얼 타이어.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 보강 플라이의 반경방향 내측 단부가 비이드 코어 주위를 돌아 적어도 상기 비이드 코어의 상단부의 반경방향 높이까지 연장한 것을 특징으로 하는 레이디얼 타이어.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 보강 플라이의 반경방향 내측 단부가 상기 비이드 코어와 연관된 충전재의 상단부의 반경방향 높이를 지나치지 않게 비이드 코어 주위를 돌아 연장한 것을 특징으로 하는 레이디얼 타이어.
  6. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 섬유 코오드들이 나일론으로 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는 레이디얼 타이어.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한항의 2륜 차량용 타이어에 있어서, 상기 보강 플라이의 반경방향 외측 연부가 상기 벨트 구조물의 단부 아래에 겹치도록 삽입된 것을 특징으로 하는 2륜 차량용 타이어.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 겹침 부분의 직선 길이가 20㎜-50㎜범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 2륜 차량용 타이어.
