Claims (4)

  1. 상이한 배출가스 및 배기가 열처리의 종류 및 효과에 따라 발생가능하고 제거되어야만 하는 운송방향(1)으로 연속적인 면적을 통하여 피처리 물품(3)을 이송시키는 열처리기계에 있어서, 각각의 구역에의 연결부(4)로 배기를 발생시키는 최소한 2개구역(2)을 덮는 배기집합관(5), 배기집합관(5)의 길이 방향끝에 각각의 배기흡입시설(8,9)줌의 하나에 배기흡입시설, 2개의 배기흡입시설(8,9)의 흡입면적사이에 배기집합관(5)의 길이 방향길이에 따라 가변적인 경계(12 내지 22)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 열처리 기계.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 하나의 배기흡입시설(9)은 제1타입의 배기세정장치(11)에 연결되어 있으며 다른 배기흡입시설(8)은 다른 타입의 세정장치(10)에 또는 주위에 직접 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 조절가능 스로틀밸브(12 내지 22)는 각각 2개의 연결부사이 또는 집합관(5) 및 구역(2)의 흡입튜브(4) 사이의 배기집합관(5)에 설계된 것을 특징으로 하는 기계.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중의 적어도 한항에 있어서, 최소한 1개의 구역내의 배기의 질을 시험함으로써, 물품의 이송주행상의 경계가 경우에 따라 고정되고 처리 및/또는 물품종류에 따르며, 경계의 양측상에서 발생하는 상이한 배출공기는 상이한 배기흡입시설에 도움으로 배출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열처리 기계 작동기술.
